Claims (4)
- 自由繊維又はばら繊維の詰め物の製造方法であって、繊維詰め物が複数の自由又はばら繊維を含み、前記自由又はばら繊維が長さ2から28mm、繊度又は番手0.8デニールから4デニールを有し、前記繊維詰め物が350cm3/g以上の「フィルパワー」を有し、前記方法が、
順番に行われる工程である、
前記繊維をベールオープナに投入する工程と、
高通気チャンバに繊維を空気圧によって送り込み、2つの回転シリンダにより前記繊維の吸引を行い、前記繊維の開繊を開始する工程と、
前記繊維を回転円板で次のセクターに投入する工程と、
次のオープナで前記繊維を互いに完全に分離する工程と
を含むことを特徴とし、
順番に行われる前記工程中に前記繊維は50から80℃の温度に達し、通気システムにより移動し、前記繊維がカールされる、方法。 - 前記次のオープナは異なるシリンダにガスケットを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維を前記通気チャンバに送り込む前記工程の間に、前記繊維は異なる種類の繊維又は他の材料と混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベールオープナに投入される前に、前記繊維が混合チャンバに投入され、48時間、帯電防止剤でも処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
