Claims (5)
- 励磁信号生成部によって生成された励磁信号が印加され、レゾルバから出力されたレゾルバ信号を処理するレゾルバ信号処理装置であって、
前記レゾルバ信号処理装置は、レゾルバ信号処理部を含み、
前記レゾルバ信号処理部は、
前記レゾルバ信号の入力を受け、前記レゾルバ信号の極点情報を抽出するレゾルバ信号取得部、
前記レゾルバ信号取得部の前記極点情報を抽出する極点取得時点を補償するレゾルバ位相補償部、および
前記レゾルバ位相補償部によって補償された前記極点取得時点に応じて、前記レゾルバ信号取得部によって抽出された前記極点情報を用いてデジタル信号を出力するレゾルバ-デジタル変換器
を含み、
前記レゾルバ信号取得部は、位相遅延初期値を用いて前記レゾルバ信号から複数のサンプリング信号を抽出し、前記レゾルバ位相補償部は、前記複数のサンプリング信号に極点情報が存在するか否かを判断し、前記位相遅延初期値を補償して極点取得時点を算出し、
前記位相遅延初期値は、前記励磁信号生成部に入力される矩形波の初期時間から前記レゾルバ信号の前記極点情報までの時間に初期に設定された値であり、
前記レゾルバ位相補償部は、前記複数のサンプリング信号に極点情報が存在しない場合、前記サンプリング信号の大きさの増加または減少に応じて前記位相遅延初期値を加減して前記極点取得時点を算出することを特徴とする、レゾルバ信号処理装置。 - 前記レゾルバ-デジタル変換器は、抽出された前記極点情報を用いて形成された前記レゾルバ信号の包絡線を用いて前記デジタル信号を出力することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレゾルバ信号処理装置。
- 前記レゾルバ位相補償部は、前記複数のサンプリング信号に極点情報が存在する場合、複数のサンプリング信号のうち最も大きい値または最も小さい値を有するサンプリング信号が極点になるように前記極点取得時点を補償することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレゾルバ信号処理装置。
- (a)正弦波励磁信号をレゾルバに印加するステップ、
(b)前記レゾルバからレゾルバ信号の入力を受け、前記レゾルバ信号の極点取得時点を補償するステップ、
(c)補償された前記極点取得時点に応じてレゾルバ信号の極点情報を抽出するステップ、および
(d)前記極点情報を用いて前記レゾルバ信号をデジタル信号に変換するステップ
を含み、
前記(b)前記レゾルバからレゾルバ信号の入力を受け、前記レゾルバ信号の極点取得時点を補償するステップは、
(b1)位相遅延初期値を用いて 前記レゾルバ信号から複数のサンプリング信号を取得するステップ、
(b2)前記複数のサンプリング信号に極点情報が存在するか否かを確認するステップ、および
(b3)前記極点情報の存在有無に応じて前記位相遅延初期値を補償して前記極点取得時点を算出するステップ
を含み、
前記位相遅延初期値は、励磁信号生成部に入力される矩形波の初期時間から前記レゾルバ信号の前記極点情報までの時間に初期に設定された値であり、
前記(b3)前記極点情報の存在有無に応じて前記位相遅延初期値を補償して前記極点取得時点を算出するステップにおいて、前記複数のサンプリング信号に極点情報が存在しない場合、前記サンプリング信号の大きさの増加または減少に応じて前記位相遅延初期値を加減して前記極点取得時点を算出することを特徴とする、レゾルバ信号処理方法。 - 前記(b3)前記極点情報の存在有無に応じて前記位相遅延初期値を補償して前記極点取得時点を算出するステップにおいて、前記複数のサンプリング信号に極点情報が存在する場合、複数のサンプリング信号のうち最も大きい値または最も小さい値を有するサンプリング信号が極点になるように前記極点取得時点を補償することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のレゾルバ信号処理方法。
