Claims (4)
- 加工装置の加工時に供給する純水に加工によって発生した加工屑が混入された加工廃液から該加工屑を分離した清水を純水に精製し該純水を該加工装置に供給するリサイクルにて、加工廃液から加工屑を分離して清水に処理するための凝集剤であって、
清水を純水に精製するために使用されるイオン交換樹脂と同じイオン交換樹脂を100μm以下のサイズに粉砕して形成される凝集剤。 - 加工廃液を濾過及びイオン交換して純水に精製するフィルターであって、請求項1記載の凝集剤及びイオン交換樹脂を混合させた加工廃液を濾過する混合層と、混合層により濾過された清水を純水に精製するイオン交換樹脂層と、を交互に積層して形成されるフィルター。
- 該混合層は該加工廃液の流入側から流出側に向かって徐々に該凝集剤の含量が増加するように充填されて形成される、請求項2に記載のフィルター。
- 加工装置の加工時に供給する純水に加工によって発生した加工屑が混入された加工廃液を純水に精製する廃液処理方法であって、
該加工装置から排出された加工廃液が収容された撹拌槽に請求項1記載の凝集剤を添加する凝集剤添加ステップと、
該凝集剤添加ステップを実施した後に、該凝集剤により該加工屑が凝集した凝集フロック含有の加工廃液を沈殿槽で、該凝集フロックと清水とに分離する固液分離ステップと、
該固液分離ステップにおいて分離された清水を純水精製装置へ移送する清水移送ステップと、
該清水移送ステップで移送された清水を該純水精製装置のイオン交換樹脂を通過することで純水に精製する純水精製ステップと、
該純水精製ステップで精製された純水を該加工装置へ移送する純水移送ステップとからなる廃液処理方法。
