Claims (5)
- インナ軸部材とアウタ筒部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって連結されていると共に、該インナ軸部材の該本体ゴム弾性体に対する摺動が許容された構造を有する摺動ブッシュであって、
前記インナ軸部材は、軸方向の途中に大径とされたバルジ部を備えていると共に、
前記アウタ筒部材は、軸方向の両端部分が軸方向外側へ向けて小径となるテーパ部を備えており、
該インナ軸部材における該バルジ部の外周面は、前記本体ゴム弾性体に対して非接着とされて該本体ゴム弾性体に対する摺動が許容される非接着部を備えていると共に、該インナ軸部材における該非接着部よりも軸方向外側の外周面は、該本体ゴム弾性体が加硫接着された接着部を備えている摺動ブッシュ。 - 前記本体ゴム弾性体において、前記非接着部の外周に位置する部分の径方向の最小厚さ寸法が、前記接着部の外周に位置する部分の径方向の最大厚さ寸法よりも小さくされている請求項1に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
- 前記アウタ筒部材の前記テーパ部における最小内径寸法が、前記インナ軸部材における前記バルジ部の最大外径寸法よりも小さくされている請求項1又は2に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
- 前記バルジ部の前記非接着部と前記本体ゴム弾性体との重ね合わせ面間には、低摩擦性の摺動層が設けられている請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
- 前記インナ軸部材における前記バルジ部よりも軸方向外側には、外周面に開口する凹部が設けられており、
前記接着部が該凹部の内面を含んで構成されている請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
