Claims (7)
- インナ軸部材とアウタ筒部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって連結されていると共に、該インナ軸部材の該本体ゴム弾性体に対する摺動が許容された構造を有する摺動ブッシュであって、
前記インナ軸部材は、軸方向の途中にバルジ部を備えていると共に、
該インナ軸部材と前記本体ゴム弾性体の間には、編組された布状の摺動ライナーが該インナ軸部材に対して非接着で摺動可能に配されており、
該摺動ライナーにおける該インナ軸部材の該バルジ部の大径部に対する外周に配された部分には、該摺動ライナーにおける該大径部の軸方向両側の小径部に対する外周に配された部分よりも編組の目が粗くされた粗目部が設けられている摺動ブッシュ。 - 前記摺動ライナーの前記粗目部に切込みが形成されている請求項1に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
- 前記摺動ライナーが前記粗目部において緩く編組されている請求項1又は2に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
- 前記摺動ライナーが前記インナ軸部材の軸方向で突き合わされた2つの分割ライナーによって構成されており、
それら2つの分割ライナーの突き合わせ側の各端部が、前記インナ軸部材の前記バルジ部の前記大径部の外周に配されて前記粗目部とされている請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の摺動ブッシュ。 - 前記摺動ライナーが前記インナ軸部材と前記本体ゴム弾性体の重ね合わせ面間の全体にわたって配されている請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
- 前記インナ軸部材と前記本体ゴム弾性体の重ね合わせ面が前記摺動ライナーよりも軸方向外側まで延び出している請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
- 前記アウタ筒部材は、軸方向の両端部分が軸方向外側へ向けて小径となるテーパ部を備えており、
該アウタ筒部材の該テーパ部における最小内径寸法が、前記インナ軸部材における前記バルジ部の最大外径寸法よりも小さくされている請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の摺動ブッシュ。
