Description
Claims (14)
- 材料がオーステナイトステンレス鋼であるブルームを冷間硬化された管へと冷間加工する工程、及び
その後で管を焼鈍する工程
によるステンレス鋼管の製造方法において、
管の焼鈍の間に管が400℃から460℃の範囲の温度に加熱され、
その加熱中に、冷間硬化された管が保護ガス雰囲気で囲まれていることを特徴とする製造方法であって、
加熱後の管の冷却工程を更に含み、その冷却中に、管が保護ガス雰囲気で囲まれており、
ブルーム及び管が内径及び外径をもつ管の形態で存在しており、冷間加工により、その内径が外径の半分以下である管が形成される、方法。 - 管が、410℃から450℃の範囲の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 管が、435℃から445℃の範囲の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 管が、440℃に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 保護ガス雰囲気がアルゴンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 保護ガス雰囲気が、95体積%超の割合でアルゴンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 保護ガス雰囲気の酸素含有率が、50ppm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 保護ガス雰囲気の酸素含有率が、15ppm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 保護ガス雰囲気の酸素含有率が、10ppm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 大気圧での保護ガス雰囲気の露点が、-40℃以下の温度であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 大気圧での保護ガス雰囲気の露点が、-50℃以下の温度であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ステンレス鋼が、炭素を0.06重量%以下の割合、マンガンを1.8重量%以下の割合、ケイ素を0.7重量%以下の割合、ニッケルを11重量%の割合、クロムを17重量%の割合、及びモリブデンを2.3重量%の割合で含み、その残りが鉄及び不可避の不純物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 管の内径が外径の3分の1以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 冷間加工が冷間ピルガー圧延によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
