Description
Claims (11)
- カテーテルシステムであって、
ハンドル部と、
前記ハンドル部に動作可能に連結されたアクチュエータと、
前記ハンドル部に連結されたカテーテルであって、前記カテーテルは、前記ハンドル部から延在する本体部と、前記本体部の遠位端に連結された先端部と、を含む、カテーテルと、
前記ハンドル部に対する前記アクチュエータの変位が前記カテーテルの前記本体部に対する前記カテーテルの前記先端部の位置を操作するように、前記アクチュエータに動作可能に連結された前記カテーテルの前記先端部と、
長手方向にスライドするようにねじ付き駆動チューブの周りに配置される右ガイドと左ガイドを備える駆動機構と、
前記カテーテルの前記本体部に対する前記カテーテルの前記先端部の前記位置に関するフィードバックをユーザに提供するように構成されたフィードバック機構と、を備え、
前記フィードバック機構は、前記右ガイドから延在する第1のタブと、前記左ガイドから延在する第2のタブと、を含み、前記第1及び第2のタブは、前記右及び左ガイドが長手方向に逆向きに変位する際に互いに接触することによって前記フィードバックを提供する、カテーテルシステム。 - 前記フィードバック機構は、触覚フィードバックを提供する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記フィードバック機構は、可聴フィードバックを提供する、請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記カテーテルの前記先端部は、
前記カテーテルの前記先端部に連結された右ガイドワイヤ及び左ガイドワイヤと、
前記右ガイドワイヤに接続された前記右ガイド及び前記左ガイドワイヤに接続された前記左ガイドと、
前記右及び左ガイドの対応するねじ部に動作可能に接続された右及び左ねじ部を有する前記ねじ付き駆動チューブと、を含む前記駆動機構により前記アクチュエータに動作可能に連結され、前記ねじ付き駆動チューブは、前記アクチュエータによって前記ねじ付き駆動チューブが回転する際、前記左及び右ガイドが反対方向に長手方向に移動するように、前記アクチュエータに連結されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルシステム。 - 前記第1及び第2のタブは、前記カテーテルの前記先端部が前記カテーテルの前記本体部に対して中立位置にあるときに互いに接触する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記中立位置は、前記カテーテルの前記先端部と前記カテーテルの前記本体部との長手方向における位置合わせに対応する、請求項5に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記フィードバック機構は、中立位置以外の位置でユーザにフィードバックを提供するように構成された第3のタブを更に含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記第1のタブ及び前記第2のタブのうちの少なくとも一方は、カンチレバーアームに配置されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記ハンドル部に対する前記アクチュエータの回転により、中立位置と選択した左位置との間及び前記中立位置と選択した右位置との間で前記先端部を操作する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の操縦可能なシースカテーテルシステム。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記中立位置と、前記選択した左位置及び前記選択した右位置のうちの少なくとも一方との間で前記先端部を操作する際、前記ハンドルに対して360°を超えて回転するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の操縦可能なシースカテーテルシステム。
- 前記選択した左位置及び前記選択した右位置のうちの少なくとも一方は、それぞれ、前記先端の左方向への最大の変位又は前記先端の右方向への最大の変位を含む、請求項9又は10に記載の操縦可能なシースカテーテルシステム。
