Description
本発明は、モータの回転軸を冷却液ポンプに接続し、冷却液ポンプがオイルポンプであってもウォーターポンプであってもよく、回転軸が回転しながら冷却液ポンプを駆動して作動させ、モータに冷却液を供給可能にすることで、動力アセンブリのエネルギー使用率を向上させた。
図3、図4に示すように、本発明の実施例1におけるエンジンとモータのアセンブリは、エンジン8とモータ9とを含み、エンジン8が燃料モードであり、モータ9として、発電機又はISGモータを用いてもよく、電動機を用いてもよい。
図5、図6には、本発明の実施例2が示されており、本実施例において、移行部7-2が本体とフランジとを含み、フランジがモータ9のロータ3に向いて設けられ、本体とフランジとの間に接続ネック部が設けられており、接続ネック部の直径が、本体及びフランジの直径よりも小さい。

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記鉄心ブラケットの中間部には、前記移行部に向く突出部が設けられ、前記主接続穴が前記突出部に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記鉄心ブラケットの中間部にスリーブが設けられており、前記モータのロータが前記延伸部に取り付けられた状態で、前記スリーブは、前記延伸部と締り嵌めして、前記回転軸と同心になることが保証される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記スリーブにレゾルバロータが取付固定されているか、又は、前記延伸部にレゾルバロータが取付固定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記延伸部には、前記移行部との接続位置から末端に向かって、徐々に縮径するいくつかの段差部が順次に設けられており、前記スリーブが最初の段差部と締り嵌めし、中間のいずれかの段差部に、前記回転軸を支持する補助軸受が取付固定されており、前記冷却液ポンプのロータが最後の段差部に取付固定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記冷却液ポンプのロータと前記最後の段差部とが、フラットキー又はスプラインを介して接続固定されるか、又は、締り嵌めによって接続固定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記鉄心ブラケットの中間部にスリーブが設けられており、前記モータのロータが前記延伸部に取り付けられた状態で、前記スリーブと前記延伸部とが中間嵌め又は隙間嵌めとされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記移行部が本体とフランジとを含み、前記フランジが前記モータのロータに向いて設けられ、前記本体とフランジとの間に接続ネック部が設けられており、前記接続ネック部の直径が前記本体及びフランジの直径よりも小さい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
