Abstract
本发明公开了一种发动机和电机总成和一种车辆驱动装置,解决了现有技术中发动机和电机总成集成度不高的问题。该发动机和电机总成包括发动机和电机,所述发动机中设置有曲轴,所述曲轴设置有延伸至所述发动机外部的延伸段,所述延伸段构成所述电机的转轴,所述电机的转子安装在所述延伸段上。该车辆驱动装置设置了上述发动机和电机总成。本发明采用了发动机和电机集成设置的结构,提高了发动机和电机总成的集成度,有效减小了发动机和电机总成的重量和体积。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种动力总成,具体涉及一种发动机和电机总成,用于驱动车辆或者发电。本发明还涉及一种车辆驱动装置。
背景技术
混合动力汽车具有节能减排和续航里程长的优点,是一种可持续发展的电动汽车。目前混合动力汽车的发动机和电机总成大多是发动机和电机的简单机械集成,发动机后端连接有飞轮,电机输入轴与飞轮通过扭转减震器连接在一起,存在集成度不高、零部件多、质量重、体积大、可靠性低和成本高等缺点。不能达到技术进步和量产化的要求,也难以满足驱动总成的小型化和轻量化目标。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种发动机和电机总成,采用了发动机和电机集成设置的结构,提高了发动机和电机总成的集成度,有效减小了发动机和电机总成的重量和体积。
本发明还涉及一种车辆驱动装置,设置了上述发动机和电机总成。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种发动机和电机总成,包括发动机和电机,所述发动机中设置有曲轴,所述曲轴设置有延伸至所述发动机外部的延伸段,所述延伸段构成所述电机的转轴,所述电机的转子安装在所述延伸段上。
可选地,所述发动机与所述电机相邻设置,所述电机设置有壳体,所述壳体的左端直接安装在发动机的缸体上,形成固定面和密封面;所述电机还设置有右端盖,所述电机的壳体与右端盖一体制成。
可选地,所述电机的壳体与所述发动机的缸体连接的一端设置有法兰,通过螺栓连接所述发动机的缸体,在连接处设置有密封结构。
可选地,所述发动机和所述电机相邻的位置设置有双油封结构,对所述发动机、所述电机双向密封。
可选地,所述电机的右端盖上设置有轴承座,安装辅助轴承支撑所述电机的转轴。
可选地,所述电机为永磁电机、感应电机、混合励磁电机或开关磁阻电机。
可选地,所述电机的冷却方式为油冷、水冷或风冷,所述电机的转子和转轴通过花键连接固定,或者过盈连接固定。
可选地,所述电机的壳体内设置有油道或水道。
本发明还提供一种车辆驱动装置,包括以上所述的发动机和电机总成,所述车辆驱动装置还包括减速器,所述电机的转轴连接所述减速器,所述减速器连接车辆传动轴。
可选地,所述车辆驱动装置还包括主驱动电机,所述主驱动电机的转轴也连接所述减速器。
采用上述结构设置的发动机和电机总成具有以下优点:
本发明中发动机和电机集成设置,具有零部件少、体积小、重量轻、轴向长度短、方便机舱布置等优点。
采用上述结构设置的车辆驱动装置具有以下优点:
本发明中车辆驱动装置包括主驱动电机,可以为混合动力汽车使用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,在本发明实施例1中,一种发动机和电机总成,包括发动机8和电机9,发动机8为燃油模式,电机9可以采用发电机或ISG电机,还可以采用电动机。
发动机8中设置有曲轴7,曲轴7设置有延伸至发动机8外部的延伸段7-3,延伸段7-3构成电机9的转轴6,电机9的转子3安装在延伸段7-3上。
可以说,本实施例中是直接将电机9的转子3安装在发动机8的曲轴7上,或者说电机9的转轴6与发动机8的曲轴7一体制成。
本实施例中,发动机8和电机9一体化集成,无传统电机与发动机连接的飞轮和扭转减振器等结构,零部件少、体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑。
为了进一步减少零件和减轻重量,本实施例中发动机8与电机9相邻设置,电机9设置有壳体2,壳体2的左端直接安装在发动机的缸体1上,具体安装在了缸体1的前部法兰面上,形成固定面和密封面。
电机9还设置有右端盖10,电机9的壳体2与右端盖10一体制成,这样设计能够简化电机9的壳体结构,进一步提高集成度。
电机9取消了左端盖,这样还可以缩短发动机和电机总成的轴向长度。
如图1所示,电机9的壳体2与发动机8的缸体1连接的一端设置有法兰,通过螺栓连接发动机8的缸体1,发动机8的缸体1上需要设置螺纹孔。在连接处设置有密封结构,例如设置密封圈,让电机9的壳体内部保持密封。
发动机8和电机9相邻的位置设置有双油封12结构,对发动机8、电机9双向密封。双油封12结构可以设置在发动机8的缸体1上,相应地发动机8的缸体1上需要设置密封槽来安装密封部件。
如图2所示,曲轴7在本体7-1和延伸段7-3之间设置有过渡段7-2,双油封12密封了过渡段7-2与缸体1上密封槽之间的间隙,从而对发动机8、电机9双向密封。
如图1所示,电机9的右端盖10上设置有轴承座,安装辅助轴承5支撑电机9的转轴6。辅助轴承5与转轴6采用过渡或过盈配合,以减小转子3的径向跳动,保证电机的气隙不发生大的变化。
在发动机8和电机9相邻的位置曲轴7设置有滑动轴承11,该滑动轴承11可以看成是曲轴7与转轴6共用的轴承。
在本实施例中,电机9为永磁电机、感应电机、混合励磁电机或开关磁阻电机均可,电机9的定子4采用分布式绕组或集中式绕组均可。
电机9的冷却方式为油冷、水冷或风冷的任一种,电机9的转子和转轴6通过键连接固定,例如花键或平键,或者过盈连接固定。如图2所示,曲轴7在延伸段7-3上设置有键槽。如果采用花键连接,可以在延伸段7-3上设置外花键,在电机9的转子上设置内花键。
电机9的壳体2内设置有油道或水道,冷却方式为油冷就需要设置油道,冷却方式为水冷就需要设置水道。
还可以在电机9的壳体2外侧设置散热筋,以提升散热效果。
实施例2
如图3所示为本发明实施例2,在本实施例中提供了一种车辆驱动装置,包括实施例1中所述的发动机和电机总成,还包括主驱动电机14,主驱动电机14的类型为电动机。
车辆驱动装置还包括减速器16,电机9的转轴、主驱动电机14的转轴均连接减速器16,减速器16连接车辆传动轴。发动机和电机总成、主驱动电机14均可以单独通过减速器16来驱动车辆。
主驱动电机14的转轴15与电机9的转轴6可以同轴设置,此时转轴15和转轴6之间设置有离合器13。
离合器13优选采用电磁离合器。
车辆驱动装置设置了主驱动电机14,可以为混合动力汽车使用。可以由主驱动电机14单独驱动车辆,也可以由发动机8单独驱动车辆,也可以由发动机8、主驱动电机14共同驱动车辆、还可以由发动机8、电机9、主驱动电机14共同驱动车辆。
当使用主驱动电机14驱动汽车行驶时,可以断开离合器13,当使用发动机8驱动汽车行驶时,需要闭合离合器13。
本发明实施例2中发动机和电机总成的其他结构与实施例1中相同,此处不再重复描述。
以上,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,在本发明的上述教导下,本领域技术人员可以在上述实施例的基础上进行其他的改进或变形。本领域技术人员应该明白,上述的具体描述只是更好的解释本发明的目的,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种发动机和电机总成,包括发动机和电机,所述发动机中设置有曲轴,其特征在于,所述曲轴设置有延伸至所述发动机外部的延伸段,所述延伸段构成所述电机的转轴,所述电机的转子安装在所述延伸段上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机和电机总成,其特征在于,所述发动机与所述电机相邻设置,所述电机设置有壳体,所述壳体的左端直接安装在发动机的缸体上,形成固定面和密封面;所述电机还设置有右端盖,所述电机的壳体与右端盖一体制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发动机和电机总成,其特征在于,所述电机的壳体与所述发动机的缸体连接的一端设置有法兰,通过螺栓连接所述发动机的缸体,在连接处设置有密封结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的发动机和电机总成,其特征在于,所述发动机和所述电机相邻的位置设置有双油封结构,对所述发动机、所述电机双向密封。
5.根据权利要求2所述的发动机和电机总成,其特征在于,所述电机的右端盖上设置有轴承座,安装辅助轴承支撑所述电机的转轴。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发动机和电机总成,其特征在于,所述电机为永磁电机、感应电机、混合励磁电机或开关磁阻电机。
7.根据权利要求1所述的发动机和电机总成,其特征在于,所述电机的冷却方式为油冷、水冷或风冷,所述电机的转子和转轴通过花键连接固定,或者过盈连接固定。
8.根据权利要求2所述的发动机和电机总成,其特征在于,所述电机的壳体内设置有油道或水道。
9.一种车辆驱动装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的发动机和电机总成,所述车辆驱动装置还包括减速器,所述电机的转轴连接所述减速器,所述减速器连接车辆传动轴。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车辆驱动装置,其特征在于,所述车辆驱动装置还包括主驱动电机,所述主驱动电机的转轴也连接所述减速器。
