ハイブリッド自動車は、省エネ、排出ガス削減、長続航距離という利点を有し、持続可能な開発に適した電気自動車である。現在、ハイブリッド自動車のエンジンとモータのアセンブリは、ほとんどがエンジンとモータの単純な機械的統合であり、エンジンの後端にフライホイールが接続されており、モータの入力軸がねじり振動ダンパーを介してフライホイールに接続されており、統合度が低い、構成部品が多い、質量が大きい、体積が大きい、信頼性が低い、コストが高い等の欠点が存在する。技術進歩及び量産化の要求に応えることができず、駆動アセンブリの小型化及び軽量化の目標を実現することも困難である。
従来技術における上記問題に鑑みて、本発明は、エンジンとモータとが統合に設けられた構造を採用し、エンジンとモータのアセンブリの統合度を向上させ、エンジンとモータのアセンブリの重量及び体積を効果的に減らしたエンジンとモータのアセンブリを提供する。
本発明は、更に、上記エンジンとモータのアセンブリが設けられた車両駆動装置に関する。
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の技術案は、以下のように実現される。
本発明は、エンジンとモータのアセンブリを提供している。前記エンジンとモータのアセンブリは、エンジンとモータとを含み、前記エンジンの中にクランクシャフトが設けられており、前記クランクシャフトには、前記エンジンの外部に延びた延伸部が設けられており、前記延伸部が前記モータの回転軸を構成し、前記モータのロータが前記延伸部に取り付けられている。
また、前記エンジンが前記モータに隣接して設けられ、前記モータにハウジングが設けられ、前記ハウジングの左端がエンジンのシリンダブロックに直接に取り付けられ、固定面及びシール面を形成し、前記モータには、右エンドカバーがさらに設けられており、前記モータのハウジングが右エンドカバーと一体に形成されているようにしてもよい。
また、前記モータのハウジングは、前記エンジンのシリンダブロックと接続する端にフランジが設けられており、ボルトによって前記エンジンのシリンダブロックと接続され、接続箇所には、シール構造が設けられていてもよい。
また、前記エンジンと前記モータとが隣接する位置には、前記エンジンと前記モータを双方向でシールするダブルオイルシール構造が設けられていてもよい。
また、前記モータの右エンドカバーには、前記モータの回転軸を支持する補助軸受を取り付けるための軸受座が設けられていてもよい。
また、前記モータが、永久磁石モータ、誘導モータ、ハイブリッド励磁モータ、又はスイッチドリラクタンスモータのいずれかであってもよい。
また、前記モータの冷却方式が、油冷、水冷又は空冷のいずれかであり、前記モータのロータと回転軸とが、スプラインを介して接続固定されるか、又は、締まりばめによって接続固定されてもよい。
また、前記モータのハウジング内に油路又は水路が設けられていてもよい。
本発明は、上記に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリを含む車両駆動装置をさらに提供しており、前記車両駆動装置が減速機をさらに含み、前記モータの回転軸が前記減速機に接続され、前記減速機が車両伝動軸に接続される。
また、前記車両駆動装置が主駆動モータをさらに含み、前記主駆動モータの回転軸も前記減速機に接続されてもよい。
上記構造を用いて設けられたエンジンとモータのアセンブリは、以下の利点を有する。
本発明では、エンジンとモータとが統合に設けられており、構成部品が少なく、体積が小さく、軽量であり、軸方向の長さが短く、エンジンルームのレイアウトが便利である。
上記構造を用いて設けられた車両駆動装置は、以下の利点を有する。
本発明では、車両駆動装置は、主駆動モータを含んでおり、ハイブリッド自動車に使用可能である。
本発明の実施例1におけるエンジンとモータとの接続構造の模式図である。 本発明の実施例1におけるクランクシャフトの構造模式図である。 本発明の実施例2における車両駆動装置の構造模式図である。
本発明の目的、技術案及び利点が更に明白になるように、以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施形態をさらに詳しく説明する。
[実施例1]
図1、図2に示すように、本発明の実施例1に係るエンジンとモータのアセンブリは、エンジン8とモータ9とを含み、エンジン8が燃料モードであり、モータ9として、発電機又はISGモータを用いてもよく、電動機を用いてもよい。
エンジン8には、クランクシャフト7が設けられ、クランクシャフト7には、エンジン8の外部に延びた延伸部7−3が設けられており、延伸部7−3がモータ9の回転軸6を構成し、モータ9のロータ3が延伸部7−3に取り付けられている。
本実施例において、モータ9のロータ3がエンジン8のクランクシャフト7に直接に取り付けられているか、又は、モータ9の回転軸6がエンジン8のクランクシャフト7と一体に形成されているとはいえる。
本実施例において、エンジン8とモータ9とが一体的に統合されており、従来のモータとエンジンとを接続するフライホイールやねじり振動ダンパー等の構造がなく、構成部品が少なく、体積が小さく、軽量であり、構造がコンパクトである。
構成部品及び重量をさらに減らすために、本実施例において、エンジン8がモータ9に隣接して設けられ、モータ9にハウジング2が設けられ、ハウジング2の左端がエンジンのシリンダブロック1に直接に取り付けられ、具体的に、シリンダブロック1の前フランジ面に取り付けられており、固定面及びシール面を形成する。
モータ9には、右エンドカバー10がさらに設けられており、モータ9のハウジング2が右エンドカバー10と一体に形成され、このように設計すると、モータ9のハウジング構造を簡素化し、統合度をさらに向上させることができる。
モータ9では、左エンドカバーが取り消されており、これにより、エンジンとモータのアセンブリの軸方向の長さを短縮することもできる。
図1に示すように、モータ9のハウジング2は、エンジン8のシリンダブロック1と接続する端にフランジが設けられており、ボルトによってエンジン8のシリンダブロック1に接続され、エンジン8のシリンダブロック1には、ネジ穴を設ける必要がある。接続箇所には、モータ9のハウジングの内部をシールするためのシール構造、例えばシールリングが設けられている。
エンジン8とモータ9とが隣接する位置には、エンジン8とモータ9を双方向でシールするダブルオイルシール12という構造が設けられている。ダブルオイルシール12という構造がエンジン8のシリンダブロック1に設けられてもよく、それに応じて、エンジン8のシリンダブロック1に、シール部品を取り付けるためのシール溝を設ける必要がある。
図2に示すように、クランクシャフト7は、本体7−1と延伸部7−3との間に移行部7−2が設けられており、ダブルオイルシール12が移行部7−2とシリンダブロック1のシール溝との間の隙間をシールすることにより、エンジン8とモータ9を双方向でシールしている。
図1に示すように、モータ9の右エンドカバー10には、モータ9の回転軸6を支持する補助軸受5を取り付けるための軸受座が設けられている。ロータ3の半径方向の振れを低減し、モータのエアギャップが大きく変化しないことを保証するために、補助軸受5と回転軸6とが中間ばめ又は締り嵌めを用いる。
エンジン8とモータ9とが隣接する位置において、クランクシャフト7には、すべり軸受11が設けられており、このすべり軸受11は、クランクシャフト7と回転軸6とが共有する軸受とみなすことができる。
本実施例において、モータ9は、永久磁石モータ、誘導モータ、ハイブリッド励磁モータ、又はスイッチドリラクタンスモータのいずれであってもよく、モータ9のステータ4が分布巻又は集中巻のいずれを用いてもよい。
モータ9の冷却方式が、油冷、水冷又は空冷のいずれかであり、モータ9のロータと回転軸6とが、例えばスプラインやフラットキーなどのキーを介して接続固定されるか、又は、締まりばめによって接続固定される。図2に示すように、クランクシャフト7には、延伸部7−3にキー溝が設けられている。スプライン接続を用いる場合、延伸部7−3に雄スプラインが、モータ9のロータに雌スプラインが設けられてもよい。
モータ9のハウジング2内に油路又は水路が設けられており、冷却モードが油冷の場合は油路を、冷却モードが水冷の場合は水路を設ける必要がある。
また、放熱効果を向上させるように、モータ9のハウジング2の外側に放熱リブが設けられてもよい。
[実施例2]
図3には、本発明の実施例2が示されており、本実施例において、実施例1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリを含む車両駆動装置であって、主駆動モータ14をさらに含み、主駆動モータ14のタイプが電動機である車両駆動装置が提供されている。
車両駆動装置が減速機16をさらに含み、モータ9の回転軸、主駆動モータ14の回転軸が共に減速機16に接続され、減速機16が車両伝動軸に接続される。エンジンとモータのアセンブリ、主駆動モータ14のいずれも、個別に、減速機16を介して車両を駆動することができる。
主駆動モータ14の回転軸15がモータ9の回転軸6と同軸に設けられてもよく、このとき、回転軸15と回転軸6との間にクラッチ13が設けられている。
好ましくは、クラッチ13には、電磁クラッチが用いられている。
車両駆動装置は、主駆動モータ14を備えており、ハイブリッド自動車に使用可能である。車両は、主駆動モータ14によって単独に駆動されてもよく、エンジン8によって単独に駆動されてもよく、エンジン8と主駆動モータ14との両方によって駆動されてもよく、また、エンジン8、モータ9、主駆動モータ14の三者によって駆動されてもよい。
主駆動モータ14を用いて自動車の走行を駆動する場合、クラッチ13が切断されてもよいが、エンジン8を用いて自動車の走行を駆動する場合、クラッチ13を締結する必要がある。
本発明の実施例2におけるエンジンとモータのアセンブリは、他の構造が実施例1と同じであり、ここで繰り返して説明しない。
上記内容は、あくまでも本発明の具体的な実施形態であり、本発明の上記教示の下で、当業者は、上記実施例に基づいて他の改良又は変形を行うことができる。当業者であれば、上記の具体的な記載は本発明の目的をより良く解釈するためのものであり、本発明の保護範囲が特許請求の範囲の保護範囲に基づくものであることが理解されるべきである。

Claims (12)

  1. エンジンとモータとを含み、前記エンジンの中にクランクシャフトが設けられているエンジンとモータのアセンブリであって、
    前記クランクシャフトには、前記エンジンの外部に延びた延伸部が設けられており、前記延伸部が前記モータの回転軸を構成し、前記モータのロータが前記延伸部に取り付けられている
    ことを特徴とするエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  2. 前記エンジンが前記モータに隣接して設けられ、前記モータにハウジングが設けられ、前記ハウジングの左端がエンジンのシリンダブロックに直接に取り付けられ、固定面及びシール面を形成し、前記モータには、右エンドカバーがさらに設けられており、前記モータのハウジングが右エンドカバーと一体に形成されている
    ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  3. 前記モータのハウジングは、前記エンジンのシリンダブロックと接続する端にフランジが設けられており、ボルトによって前記エンジンのシリンダブロックと接続され、接続箇所には、シール構造が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  4. 前記エンジンと前記モータとが隣接する位置には、前記エンジンと前記モータを双方向でシールするダブルオイルシール構造が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  5. 前記エンジンのシリンダブロックには、前記ダブルオイルシール構造を取り付けるためのシール溝が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  6. 前記モータの右エンドカバーには、前記モータの回転軸を支持する補助軸受を取り付けるための軸受座が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  7. 前記モータが、永久磁石モータ、誘導モータ、ハイブリッド励磁モータ、又はスイッチドリラクタンスモータのいずれかである
    ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  8. 前記モータの冷却方式が、油冷、水冷又は空冷のいずれかであり、前記モータのロータと回転軸とが、スプラインを介して接続固定されるか、又は、締まりばめによって接続固定される
    ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  9. 前記モータのハウジング内に油路又は水路が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。
  10. 車両駆動装置であって、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリを含み、
    前記車両駆動装置が減速機をさらに含み、前記モータの回転軸が前記減速機に接続され、前記減速機が車両伝動軸に接続される
    ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
  11. 前記車両駆動装置が主駆動モータをさらに含み、前記主駆動モータの回転軸も前記減速機に接続される
    ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の車両駆動装置。
  12. 前記主駆動モータの回転軸が前記モータの回転軸と同軸に設けられており、前記主駆動モータの回転軸と前記モータの回転軸との間にクラッチが設けられている
    ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の車両駆動装置。
