Claims (5)
- 基部と、
前記基部の上部に、弾性体を介してフローティング状態とすることを可能に載置された支持部と、
前記基部と前記支持部との間に取付けられた被試験体の前記基部の側に設けられ、前記被試験体に振動を加える動電加振機と、
前記被試験体の前記支持部の側に設けられ、前記被試験体に加えられた動荷重を計測する動荷重計測器と
を備える動特性測定装置において、
前記支持部の形状を共振周波数が3kHz以上となる形状とし、
前記動電加振機に取付けられ、前記被試験体に加えられた静荷重を計測する静荷重計測器をさらに備えることを特徴とする動特性測定装置。 - 前記静荷重計測器は、前記動電加振機に取付けられた共振治具に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動特性測定装置。
- 前記動荷重計測器には、前記支持部の動荷重の影響を除去する加速度計が取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動特性測定装置。
- 前記動電加振機に、前記動電加振機の位置を測定する位置センサが取り付けられ、当該位置センサによる変位信号に基づきフィードバック制御により前記動電加振機の振動が制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動特性測定装置。
- 前記被試験体には、前記動電加振機の側からプリロードが加えられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の動特性測定装置。
