Description
本出願は、2017年10月26日付の韓国特許出願第10-2017-0140284号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
ある一面に分布したノードの厚さ比率が、残りの他の一面に分布したノードの厚さ比率に対して5%以上の差を示す、フッ素系樹脂多孔性膜を提供する。
フッ素系樹脂含有組成物を用いて予備成形体を製造する段階と、
前記予備成形体を押出および延伸する段階と、
前記延伸された予備成形体のある一つの表面が加熱手段に接するように位置させた後、300~500℃で1秒~120秒間焼成する段階と、を含む、前記フッ素系樹脂多孔性膜の製造方法を提供する。
ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末(CD145E、AGC社)100重量部に液体潤滑剤[商品名:"IsoparH"、エクソンカンパニー(Exxon Co.)製造]22重量部を混合して単一層の予備成形体を製造した。
ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末(CD145E、AGC社)100重量部に液体潤滑剤[商品名:"IsoparH"、エクソンカンパニー(Exxon Co.)製造]26重量部を混合して単一層の予備成形体を製造した。
ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末(6J、MDF社)100重量部に液体潤滑剤[商品名:"IsoparH"、エクソンカンパニー(Exxon Co.)製造]22重量部を混合して単一層の予備成形体を製造した。
焼成過程で加熱ロールの代わりに熱風方式を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様な方法でPTFE多孔性膜を収得した。

焼成過程で加熱ロールの代わりに熱風方式を使用したことを除いて、実施例3と同様な方法でPTFE多孔性膜を収得した。
前記実施例および比較例に対して、通常の方法で通気度、最大気孔のサイズ、ノード厚さおよび耐水圧を測定して、その結果を表1および図2から図5に示す。
Claims (4)
- フッ素系樹脂含有組成物を用いて予備成形体を製造する段階と、
前記予備成形体を押出および延伸する段階と、
前記延伸された予備成形体のある一表面を加熱手段に接するように位置させた後、300~500℃で1秒~120秒間焼成してフッ素系樹脂多孔性膜を得る段階と、を含む、ベントフィルターの製造方法。 - 前記焼成する段階は、加熱ロール(heating roll);加熱ロールと二ッピングロール(Nipping roll);またはZ軸方向に力を付与できる張力調節手段が備えられたロール;を含む加熱手段を用いて行われる、請求項1に記載のベントフィルターの製造方法。
- 前記予備成形体を押出および延伸する段階は、
i)押出された予備成形体に対して縦方向または横方向に延伸比が2~50倍の条件で一軸延伸する段階;または
ii)押出された予備成形体に対して縦方向または横方向に延伸比が2~50倍の条件で一軸延伸し、前記一軸延伸された成形体を縦方向および横方向に延伸比2~50倍の条件で1回以上二軸延伸する段階;を含む、請求項1または2に記載のベントフィルターの製造方法。 - 前記フッ素系樹脂は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン-パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体(PFA)、テトラフルオロエチレン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)、エチレン-テトラフルオロエチレンコポリマー樹脂(ETFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン-クロロトリフルオロエチレン共重合体(TFE/CTFE)およびエチレン-クロロトリフルオロエチレン樹脂(ECTFE)からなる群より選択される1種以上のフッ素系化合物を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のベントフィルターの製造方法。
