Claims (4)
- 線状の中心導体と前記中心導体の周面を覆う絶縁被膜とを有し、端部の全周において前記絶縁被膜が除去された、ワイヤを用意する工程と、
前記ワイヤの端部において前記中心導体と電気的に接続されるものであって、前記ワイヤの端部が配置されるべき面に錫を含む錫含有膜が設けられ、前記ワイヤの端部が配置されるべき面の反対側の面には錫含有膜が設けられていない、金属板からなる金属端子を用意する工程と、
前記ワイヤの端部を前記錫含有膜に沿って配置した状態で、前記錫含有膜のみにレーザ光を照射し、それによって、前記ワイヤの前記中心導体を前記金属端子に溶接する工程と、
を備える、コイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記錫含有膜は錫めっき膜である、請求項1に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記ワイヤの中心導体を金属端子に溶接する工程において、前記ワイヤの端部を前記錫含有膜に接触させた状態で、前記レーザ光が照射される、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記ワイヤの端部を前記金属端子に溶接する工程は、前記レーザ光を照射する工程の前に、前記ワイヤの端部を前記錫含有膜に向かって熱圧着することによって、前記ワイヤの端部を扁平状につぶすとともに前記金属端子に仮固定する工程をさらに備え、前記ワイヤの端部を前記錫含有膜に接触させた状態は、前記ワイヤの扁平状の断面の長径方向が前記錫含有膜の表面に沿うようにして実現される、請求項3に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
