Abstract
本发明公开了一种音圈马达组件的线圈支架结构,该线圈支架为一近方形的套筒,其上端与下端分别形成上凸沿、下凸沿,上凸沿与下凸沿之间为供线圈缠绕的支撑体,其中上凸沿的外缘上沿径向设有至少一凸脚,线圈起始端的线头先在此凸脚缠绕,再沿支撑体进行缠绕。线圈在缠绕于线圈支架上时,先缠绕在凸脚上定位后再进行沿线圈支架支撑体的缠绕,避免起始端线头的偏移,无需进行如现有技术中二次抽线头的工序,令线圈加工简单,有效降低制作成本;而弹片在配合在线圈支架上时,其恰与缠绕在凸脚上的线圈接触并且进行焊接即可实现牢固配合,因为凸脚上的线圈与弹片的接触面积大,因此二者之间的接合亦更牢固,不会出现断开的问题,保证产品品质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种音圈马达组件,特别是指一种音圈马达组件的线圈支架结构。
背景技术
音圈马达组件(Voice Coil Motor,VCM)适合作为如数码相机、手机等电子产品中的短距驱动装置。
常用的音圈马达组件主要包括置于壳体中的固定组件及套置于固定组件中并相对固定组件运动的可动组件,固定组件包括弹片、磁体及固定磁体的垫片;而可动组件包括一支架及缠绕在支架上的线圈。目前该可动组件的线圈在绕线于支架上时,其起始的线头是人为控制,在线圈缠绕结束后,起始端或收尾端的线头会发生偏移,必须借助人员在绕线结束后进行二次调整抽线,方可搭焊在弹片上,因此,目前的线圈加工方式工序相对复杂,制作成本较高;另外,抽出的线头与弹片的搭焊方式,接触面积小,因此,在产品进行强度或滚动测试时,线头的搭焊位置容易断开影响产品品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种令线圈加工简单,且可有效提高线圈品质的音圈马达组件线圈支架结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种音圈马达组件的线圈支架结构,该线圈支架为一近方形的套筒,其上端与下端分别形成上凸沿、下凸沿,上凸沿与下凸沿之间为供线圈缠绕的支撑体,其中:上凸沿的外缘上沿径向设有至少一凸脚,线圈起始端的线头先在此凸脚缠绕,再沿支撑体进行缠绕。
所述线圈支架的四个边上均设有一凸脚,并且呈均匀配置。
所述凸脚沿其根部形成一缺槽,此缺槽的槽底与支撑体平齐,此具有缺槽的凸脚形成线圈绕线的起始端。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明线圈支架上设置凸脚,可令线圈在缠绕于线圈支架上时,先缠绕在凸脚上定位后再进行沿线圈支架支撑体的缠绕,避免起始端线头的偏移,无需进行如现有技术中二次抽线头的工序,令线圈加工简单,有效降低制作成本。而弹片在配合在线圈支架上时,其恰与缠绕在凸脚上的线圈接触并且进行焊接即可实现牢固配合,因为凸脚上的线圈与弹片的接触面积大,因此二者之间的接合亦更牢固,不会出现断开的问题,保证产品品质。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1至图3所示,本发明揭示了一种音圈马达组件的线圈支架结构,该音圈马达组件包括一外壳1、一固定磁体2的垫片3、一配合在垫片3下方的弹片4、一线圈支架5、缠绕在线圈支架5上的线圈6、配合在线圈支架5上的弹片7,弹片7与端子8焊接后固定在上盖9上。弹片4外圈、磁体2及垫片3及弹片7外圈构成固定组件;而缠绕有线圈6的线圈支架5及弹片7内圈与弹片4内圈构成可动组件;外壳1与上盖9形成腔室以容置所列各部件。
本发明的关键在于:该线圈支架5为一近方形的套筒,其上端与下端分别形成上凸沿51、下凸沿52,上凸沿51与下凸沿52之间为供线圈6缠绕的支撑体53,其中上凸沿51的外缘上沿径向设有至少一凸脚511,此实施例中以线圈支架5的四个边上均设有一凸脚511,并且呈均匀配置,以达平衡作用。
其中一凸脚511沿其根部形成一缺槽512,此缺槽512的槽底与支撑体53平齐,此具有缺槽512的凸脚511便形成线圈6绕线的起始端,在实施绕线时,线圈6起始端61的线头先在此凸脚511上进行缠绕一圈或多圈后定位,避免起始端61线头的偏移,再沿支撑体53进行缠绕,因缺槽512的设置,可保证线圈6在沿支撑体53缠绕时即可紧贴支撑体53进行,保证线圈6缠绕的紧实性,待绕圈6缠绕完成后,其收尾端即可缠绕在与起始端凸脚511相对的另一凸脚511上,并且同时在此凸脚511上再进行一圈或多圈的缠绕实现固定。
而弹片7在配合在线圈支架5上时,其恰与缠绕在凸脚511上的线圈接触并且进行焊接即可实现牢固配合,因为凸脚511上的线圈与弹片7的接触面积大,因此二者之间的接合亦更牢固,不会出现断开的问题,保证产品品质。
综上所述,本发明的线圈支架5通过凸脚511的设置,可令线圈6在缠绕于线圈支架5上时,可先缠绕在凸脚511上定位后再进行沿线圈支架支撑体53的缠绕,避免起始端61线头的偏移,无需进行如现有技术中二次抽线头的工序,令线圈加工简单,有效降低制作成本。
Claims (3)
1.一种音圈马达组件的线圈支架结构,该线圈支架为一近方形的套筒,其上端与下端分别形成上凸沿、下凸沿,上凸沿与下凸沿之间为供线圈缠绕的支撑体,其特征在于:上凸沿的外缘上沿径向设有至少一凸脚,线圈起始端的线头先在此凸脚缠绕,再沿支撑体进行缠绕。
2.如权利要求1所述的音圈马达组件的线圈支架结构,其特征在于:所述线圈支架的四个边上均设有一凸脚,并且呈均匀配置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的音圈马达组件的线圈支架结构,其特征在于:所述凸脚沿其根部形成一缺槽,此缺槽的槽底与支撑体平齐,此具有缺槽的凸脚形成线圈绕线的起始端。
