Description
前記粘着剤組成物の硬化後の常温におけるポリイミドフィルムとの接着力が500gf/in以上5,000gf/in以下であり、
-20℃、1%の変形率(strain)条件で測定した粘着剤組成物の硬化後の貯蔵弾性率が50,000Pa以上250,000Pa以下であり、
-20℃、12%の変形率(strain)条件で変形を開始した時点の初期応力(Initial Stress)は5,000Pa以上20,000Pa以下であり、
-20℃、12%の変形率(strain)条件で10分間変形後に測定された変形後の応力(Final Stress)は1,000Pa以上10,000Pa以下であり、
(最終変形率)/(最初に印加した変形率)×100で定義される変形回復率(Strain Recovery)が70%以上90%以下であり、
前記最初に印加した変形率は12%の変形率であり、
前記最終変形率は前記最初に印加した変形率を取り除いた時点を基準として20分後の回復した変形率であるフォルダブルディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物を提供する。
離型フィルムの間に実施例および比較例で製造された粘着剤組成物をコーティングした後、15cm×25cmの大きさに裁断し、片面の離型フィルムを除去した後、数回積層させて、厚さを約1mmとなるようにした。
測定機器:強制対流オーブンを備えたARES-G2、TA Instruments Inc.
(2)測定条件:

温度:-20℃
周波数:1Hz
内部に窒素ガスが還流し、温度調節が容易となるように冷却装置を設けた1L反応器に、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび架橋性官能基を有する単量体100重量部を基準として、エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部を投入した。次に、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび架橋性官能基を有する単量体100重量部を基準として、150重量部のエチルアセテート(EAc)を溶剤として投入し、酸素除去のために窒素ガスを60分間パージ(Purging)し、温度を60℃に維持した状態で反応開始剤のアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.02重量部を投入して、反応を開始させた後、約1時間反応をさせた反応物をエチルアテセート(EAc)で希釈して、分子量が約200万のアクリル重合体を製造した。前記アクリル重合体100重量部に対して、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.03重量部を混合して粘着剤組成物を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)の含有量を59重量部、ブチルアクリレート(BA)の含有量を40重量部、およびベータ-カルボキシルエチルアクリレート(B-CEA)の含有量を1重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)の含有量を97.5重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を2.5重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.1重量部を用いたことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)の含有量を98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を2重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造し、前記アクリル重合体100重量部に対して、架橋剤の含有量を0.3重量部投入したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)の含有量を19重量部、ブチルアクリレート(BA)80重量部、およびベータ-カルボキシルエチルアクリレート(B-CEA)の含有量を1重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)の含有量を98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を2重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造し、前記アクリル重合体100重量部に対して、架橋剤の含有量を0.5重量部投入したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)の含有量を94重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を6重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を2重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)60重量部、エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)39重量部、およびB-CEAの含有量を1重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
前記比較例6において、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.03重量部の代わりに、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.1重量部を用いたことを除けば、比較例6と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
前記比較例6において、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.03重量部の代わりに、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.2重量部を用いたことを除けば、比較例6と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
前記比較例6において、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.03重量部の代わりに、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.3重量部を用いたことを除けば、比較例6と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を2重量部投入し、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.03重量部の代わりに、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.1重量部を用いたことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)99重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を1重量部投入し、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.03重量部の代わりに、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.5重量部を用いたことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)99重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を1重量部投入し、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.03重量部の代わりに、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))1重量部を用いたことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
前記比較例10において、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.1重量部の代わりに、架橋剤のN,N,N',N'-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン(BXX-5240、SAMYOUNG INK社(製))0.3重量部を用いたことを除けば、比較例6と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)98重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)2重量部の代わりに、ブチルアクリレート(BA)94重量部およびアクリル酸(AA)の含有量を6重量部投入してアクリル重合体を製造したことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着剤層を形成した。
Claims (9)
- アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび架橋性官能基を有する単量体を含む重合体および架橋剤を含むフォルダブル(foldable)ディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物であって、
前記重合体100重量部を基準として、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートの含有量は50~99重量部および前記架橋性官能基を有する単量体の含有量は1~50重量部であり、
前記架橋剤の含有量は前記重合体100重量部を基準として、0.01~0.4重量部であり、
前記架橋剤は、アルコキシシラン基、カルボキシ基、酸無水物基、ビニルエーテル基、アミン基、カルボニル基、イソシアネート基、エポキシ基、アジリジニル基、カルボジイミド基、およびオキサゾリン基からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つ以上の官能基を有し、
前記フォルダブルディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物のガラス転移温度(Tg)は-50℃以上-20℃以下であり、
前記重合体の重量平均分子量が5,000~3,000,000の範囲内にあり、
前記フォルダブルディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物の硬化後の常温におけるポリイミドフィルムとの接着力が1277gf/in以上1464gf/in以下であり、
-20℃、1%の変形率(strain)条件で測定した粘着剤組成物の硬化後の貯蔵弾性率が192344Pa以上222394Pa以下であり、
-20℃、12%の変形率(strain)条件で変形を開始した時点の初期応力(Initial Stress)は12941Pa以上15263Pa以下であり、
-20℃、12%の変形率(strain)条件で10分間変形後に測定された変形後の応力(Final Stress)は6682Pa以上8759Pa以下であり、
(最終変形率)/(最初に印加した変形率)×100で定義される変形回復率(Strain Recovery)が85.2%以上90.0%以下であり、
前記最初に印加した変形率は12%の変形率であり、
前記最終変形率は前記最初に印加した変形率を取り除いた時点を基準として20分後の回復した変形率である、
フォルダブルディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物。 - 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートは、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、n-プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、イソプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、n-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、t-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、n-オクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソノニル(メタ)アクリレート、デシル(メタ)アクリレート、ドデシル(メタ)アクリレート、トリデシル(メタ)アクリレート、テトラデシル(メタ)アクリレート、オクタデシル(メタ)アクリレート、およびイソボルニル(メタ)アクリレートからなる群より選択されるいずれか1つ以上である、請求項1に記載のフォルダブルディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記架橋性官能基は、ヒドロキシ基、イソシアネート基、グリシジル基、エポキシ基、アミン基、およびカルボキシ基からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つ以上を含むものである、請求項1または2に記載のフォルダブルディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物。
- 帯電防止剤、粘着性付与樹脂、硬化剤、紫外線安定剤、酸化防止剤、調色剤、補強剤、充填材、消泡剤、界面活性剤、および可塑剤からなる群より選択された1つ以上を追加的に含むものである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のフォルダブルディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のフォルダブルディスプレイ用粘着剤組成物またはその硬化物を含む粘着剤層。
- 前記粘着剤層の一面または両面に離型フィルムをさらに含むものである、請求項5に記載の粘着剤層。
- バックプレート(back plate)基材と、
前記バックプレート基材の一面に備えられた請求項5に記載の粘着剤層と、
前記粘着剤層の前記バックプレート基材と接する面の反対面に備えられた表示パネルとを含むフォルダブルディスプレイ。 - 前記バックプレート基材の前記粘着剤層と接する面の反対面に支持体をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のフォルダブルディスプレイ。
- 前記バックプレート基材は、PET(polyethylene terephthalate)、ポリエステル(polyester)、PC(Polycarbonate)、PI(polyimide)、PEN(polyethylene naphthalate)、PEEK(polyether ether ketone)、PAR(polyarylate)、PCO(polycyclicolefin)、ポリノルボルネン(polynorbornene)、PES(polyethersulphone)、およびCOP(cycloolefin polymer)からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つ以上を含む、請求項7または8に記載のフォルダブルディスプレイ。
