Description
Claims (16)
- 下記1)~3):
1)布帛又はポリマーフィルムから選択される基材層、
2)前記基材層上にコーティングされた、揮発性有機化合物(VOC)放出性添加剤を含有するシリコーン接着剤層、及び
3)前記シリコーン接着剤層よりVOC放出性添加剤が少ないか、VOC放出性添加剤を含まない、前記シリコーン接着剤層に隣接した補強層:
を含む複合シートであって、
前記シリコーン接着剤層のコーティング量が、前記シリコーン接着剤層及び前記補強層の合計コーティング量を基準として、45重量%未満、好ましくは35重量%未満、より一層好ましくは20重量%未満であり、
前記シリコーン接着剤層及び補強層の両方が液状シリコーンゴム(LSR)又は室温加硫シリコーンゴム(RTV)を含有するか又はそれらから本質的に成り、且つ
前記補強層が下記A)~C):
A)ケイ素原子結合アルケニル基を1分子中に平均1個以上有するオルガノポリシロキサン;
B)オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン;及び
C)前記組成物を硬化させるのに有効量で存在するヒドロシリル化反応触媒:
を含む1つ以上のコーティングを含有する、
前記複合シート。 - 前記基材が織布若しくは不織布から選択される布帛、又はポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ファイバーグラス、ポリアミド及びポリ(エチレン)テレフタレートから選択されるポリマーフィルム、又はそれらの組成物若しくは混合物であり、好ましくはエアバッグ又は人工皮革又は少なくともそれらの一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合シート。
- 全揮発性有機化合物(TVOC)放出が100μgC/g未満、好ましくは70μgC/g未満、より一層好ましくは50μgC/g未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複合シート。
- VOC放出性添加剤の総量の少なくとも60%、好ましくは少なくとも70%又は80%又は95%、より一層好ましくは100%が前記シリコーン接着剤層中に含有されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記VOC放出性添加剤が、そのままの又は一部加水分解したビニル含有シラン又はオルガノシロキサン及びその反応生成物の内の1種並びにそのままの又は一部加水分解したエポキシ官能基官能化シラン又はオルガノシロキサン及びその反応生成物の内の1種から選択される接着促進剤、好ましくはエポキシシラン、アルコキシシラン、アリールオキシシラン又はそれらのオリゴマーから選択される接着促進剤;より一層好ましくは3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、オクチルトリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、γ-メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、β-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン及びβ-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリエトキシシランから選択される接着促進剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記シリコーン接着剤層が液状シリコーンゴム(LSR)又は室温加硫シリコーンゴム(RTV)を含むか又はそれらから本質的に成り、好ましくは下記A)~D):
A)ケイ素原子結合アルケニル基を1分子中に平均1個以上有するオルガノポリシロキサン;
B)オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン;
C)前記組成物を硬化させるのに有効量で存在するヒドロシリル化反応触媒;及び
D)VOC放出性添加剤、好ましくは接着促進剤
を含む組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の複合シート。 - 前記VOC放出性添加剤、好ましくは接着促進剤の量がコンポーネントAのオルガノポリシロキサン100重量部当たり0.01~5重量部、好ましくは1~3重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合シート。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサンが、式R3SiO1/2のシロキサン単位M、式R2SiO2/2のシロキサン単位D、式RSiO3/2のシロキサン単位T及び式SiO4/2のシロキサン単位Q(ここで、Rは1~20個の炭素原子を有する一価炭化水素基を表す)より成る群から選択される少なくとも2個の異なるシロキサン単位を含み、但し、これらシロキサン単位の内の少なくとも1個がシロキサン単位T又はQであり且つシロキサン単位M、D及びTの内の少なくとも1個がアルケニル基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合シート。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサンが、式R3SiO1/2の一価シロキサン単位M、式R'R2SiO1/2の一価シロキサン単位MVi及び式SiO4/2の四価シロキサン単位Qから本質的に成る式MMViQのオルガノポリシロキサン樹脂(ここで、Rは1~20個の炭素原子を有する一価炭化水素基、好ましくは1~12個、より一層好ましくは1~8個の炭素原子を有する一価脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素基を表し、R'はアルケニル基、好ましくは2~12個、より一層好ましくは2~6個の炭素原子を有するアルケニル基、特にビニル又はアリル、特に好ましくはビニルを表す)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合シート。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサンが、式R2SiO2/2の二価シロキサン単位M、式R'R2SiO1/2の一価シロキサン単位DVi及び式SiO4/2の四価シロキサン単位Qから本質的に成る式MDViQのオルガノポリシロキサン樹脂(ここで、Rは1~20個の炭素原子を有する一価炭化水素基、好ましくは1~12個、より一層好ましくは1~8個の炭素原子を有する一価脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素基を表し、R'はアルケニル基、好ましくは2~12個、より一層好ましくは2~6個の炭素原子を有するアルケニル基、特にビニル又はアリル、特に好ましくはビニルを表す)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合シート。
- 前記接着剤層及び前記補強層の合計コーティング重量が50gsm超、好ましくは100~400gsm、より一層好ましくは100gsm~300gsmであることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記基材がエアバッグであり且つ前記接着剤層及び前記補強層の合計重量が90~300gsmであること、又は前記基材が人工皮革であり且つ前記接着剤層及び前記補強層の合計重量が200~400gsmであることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記基材、前記シリコーン接着剤層及び前記補強層から成り、前記VOC放出性添加剤、好ましくは接着促進剤が前記シリコーン接着剤層中だけに含有されることを特徴とする、請求項5~12のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 基材を用意する工程、前記基材上に接着剤層を適用する工程及び前記接着剤層上に補強層を適用する工程を含むコーティング方法であって、
前記基材、接着剤層及び補強層が請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の通りであり、且つ前記シリコーン接着剤層のコーティング量が前記シリコーン接着剤層及び前記補強層の合計コーティング量を基準として45重量%未満、好ましくは35重量%未満、より一層好ましくは20重量%未満である、前記コーティング方法。 - TVOC放出を減らすための請求項14に記載の方法の使用。
- 請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の複合シートを含有するエアバッグ又は人工皮革。
