Description
Claims (5)
- タービンおよびコンプレッサを含む過給機で使用される軸受構造であって、
油路が開口する軸受孔が形成されたハウジングと、
前記軸受孔に設けられ、シャフトが挿通される本体部を有する軸受部材と、
前記本体部の内周面に設けられ、前記油路の開口に対して前記シャフトの軸方向のタービン側およびコンプレッサ側にそれぞれ位置する一対のラジアル軸受面と、
前記本体部における前記軸方向の両端面に設けられた一対のスラスト軸受面と、
前記本体部において前記タービン側および前記コンプレッサ側の各々に形成される複数の連通孔であって、各連通孔は、一端が前記本体部の外周面に開口し、他端が前記スラスト軸受面と前記ラジアル軸受面との間に開口する、複数の連通孔と、
前記シャフトの軸方向に交差する方向に前記ハウジングの挿通孔に挿通され、一端側が前記本体部のうち一対の前記ラジアル軸受面の間に挿通され、他端側が前記挿通孔に挿通され、一端から他端まで貫通する貫通孔が形成された挿通部材と、
前記ラジアル軸受面に形成され、一端が前記スラスト軸受面に位置し、他端が前記ラジアル軸受面のタービンインペラ側の端とコンプレッサインペラ側の端との間に位置し、前記軸方向に延在する溝と、
を備え、
前記タービン側に設けられる前記連通孔の数は、前記コンプレッサ側に設けられる前記連通孔の数よりも多い、軸受構造。 - 前記本体部は、前記スラスト軸受面に形成され、前記本体部の径方向に延在する溝を有する請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記本体部は、前記スラスト軸受面および前記ラジアル軸受面に連続して形成され、前記本体部の径方向および前記シャフトの軸方向に延在し、前記連通孔の他端が開口する溝をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記本体部は、前記スラスト軸受面と前記ラジアル軸受面との間に形成され、前記本体部の周方向に延在し、前記連通孔の他端が開口する溝をさらに備える請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記挿通部材は、弾性体で構成される請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
