Description
Claims (6)
- ハウジングに形成された軸受孔と、
前記軸受孔に収容される本体部を有し、前記本体部に挿通されるシャフトを回転自在に支持するとともに、前記シャフトの軸方向に交差する方向に貫通するピン孔が前記本体部に形成されたセミフローティングメタルと、
前記ハウジングに形成され、前記セミフローティングメタルの本体部のピン孔に対向して設けられた貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔に挿入されるとともに、挿入方向の先端側に位置する先端部が前記ピン孔に挿入される固定位置において、前記先端部よりも前記挿入方向の基端側に位置する固定部が前記貫通孔の内面に押圧されて前記ハウジングに固定される規制部材と、
前記規制部材の挿入方向の基端に開口し、前記先端側に向かって少なくとも前記固定部まで延在する規制孔と、
前記規制孔に配され、前記規制孔の内面を押圧して前記規制孔を拡大する押圧部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする軸受構造。 - 前記押圧部材の外面、または、前記規制孔の内面の少なくとも一方には、前記挿入方向に、前記挿入方向に垂直な断面積が変化するテーパ部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記規制孔は、前記挿入方向に垂直な断面形状が円形であって、
前記押圧部材は、前記規制孔の内径より直径が大きい球体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受構造。 - ハウジングに形成された軸受孔と、
前記軸受孔に収容される本体部を有し、前記本体部に挿通されるシャフトを回転自在に支持するとともに、前記シャフトの軸方向に交差する方向に貫通するピン孔が前記本体部に形成されたセミフローティングメタルと、
前記ハウジングに形成され、前記セミフローティングメタルの本体部のピン孔に対向して設けられた貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔に挿入されるとともに、挿入方向の先端側に位置する先端部が前記ピン孔に挿入される固定位置において、前記先端部よりも前記挿入方向の基端側に位置する固定部が前記貫通孔の内面に押圧されて前記ハウジングに固定される規制部材と、
を備え、
前記規制部材は、前記固定位置に到達した状態において、前記固定位置に到達するまでの前記貫通孔内での移動時よりも、前記固定部が前記挿入方向に垂直な面方向に拡大されて、前記貫通孔の内面に押圧力を作用させることを特徴とする軸受構造。 - 前記規制部材の前記固定部の外面には、複数の突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造を備える過給機。
