Claims (4)
- 車両を駆動するための駆動力を発生させる電動モータ部と、
互いに平行に配置された入力歯車軸、中間歯車軸および出力歯車軸を有し、前記入力歯車軸に入力された前記電動モータ部の回転を二段以上で減速して出力する減速機部と、を備え、各歯車軸に設けられた歯車がはすば歯車で構成された車両駆動装置において、
前記減速機部に複数形成される歯車同士の噛合い部のうち、互いに噛合う二つの歯車の歯面間で生じるミスアライメント量が車両のドライブ時とコースト時とで異なる噛合い部を形成する二つの歯車に対し、前記ドライブ時に相手側と噛合う第1歯面に歯面修整を施すと共に、前記コースト時に相手側と噛合う第2歯面に、前記第1歯面に施した歯面修整量とは異なる量の歯面修整を施し、
各歯車軸を、軸方向の二箇所に離間して配置した転がり軸受により回転自在に支持し、
各歯車軸のうち、少なくとも一つの歯車軸を、負荷容量が互いに異なる二つの転がり軸受により回転自在に支持していることを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 前記第1歯面および前記第2歯面の双方に、歯面修整としての歯形クラウニングおよび歯筋クラウニングが施され、
前記ドライブ時および前記コースト時のうち、相対的に大きいミスアライメント量が生じる時に相手側と噛合う歯面に対する歯面修整量を、相対的に小さいミスアライメント量が生じる時に相手側と噛合う歯面に対する歯面修整量よりも大きくした請求項1に記載の車両駆動装置。 - 負荷容量が互いに異なる二つの転がり軸受により回転自在に支持された歯車軸に設けられた歯車の歯のねじれ方向が、前記ドライブ時に負荷容量が相対的に大きい方の転がり軸受にスラスト荷重が作用するように設定されている請求項1又は2に記載の車両駆動装置。
- 前記第2歯面に対する歯面修整量を、前記第1歯面に対する歯面修整量よりも大きくした請求項3に記載の車両駆動装置。
