前記中間壁部に、前記摩擦係合部から排出された油を前記油貯留部側へ戻すための戻し油孔が形成されており、
前記中間壁部に対して前記変速機側に隣接して、前記入力部材及び前記回転電機の少なくとも一方の駆動力を前記オイルポンプに伝達するためのチェーンを有するチェーン駆動機構が配置され、
前記チェーンが配置された領域をチェーン配置領域として、前記戻し油孔を通って流れる油を、前記ケース内における前記チェーン配置領域以外の領域へ導く導油部を備えており、
前記戻し油孔を通って流れる油は、前記導油部によって案内されて前記油貯留部に戻される。
車両用駆動装置の第1実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。本実施形態の車両用駆動装置1は、車輪Wの駆動力源として内燃機関EG及び回転電機13の双方を備えるハイブリッド車両用の駆動装置(ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置)である。車両用駆動装置1は、内燃機関EG及び回転電機13の少なくとも一方のトルクを車輪Wに伝達させて車両を走行させる。本実施形態の車両用駆動装置1は、FF(Front Engine Front Drive)車両用の駆動装置として構成されている。
車両用駆動装置の第2実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。本実施形態の車両用駆動装置1は、チェーンカバー6を備えていない点で第1実施形態と相違しており、これに伴い、中間壁部22及び支持部材5の具体的構成が第1実施形態と相違している。以下、本実施形態の車両用駆動装置1について、主に第1の実施形態との相違点について説明する。なお、特に明記しない点に関しては、第1の実施形態と同様であり、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
(1)上記の第1実施形態では、チェーンカバー6の一部により導油部OGが形成されている構成を例として説明した。しかし、そのような構成に限定されることなく、例えば専用の部品を用いて導油部OGが形成されても良い。
以上をまとめると、本開示に係る車両用駆動装置は、好適には、以下の各構成を備える。
前記ケース(2)は、軸方向(L)における前記摩擦係合装置(12)及び前記回転電機(13)と前記変速機(16)との間に配置される中間壁部(22)を有し、
前記ケース(2)内における前記中間壁部(22)よりも前記変速機(16)側に、油を貯留する油貯留部(41)が形成され、
前記オイルポンプ(MP)は、前記油貯留部(41)に貯留された油を前記摩擦係合装置(12)の摩擦係合部(12a)に供給し、
前記中間壁部(22)に、前記摩擦係合部(12a)から排出された油を前記油貯留部(41)側へ戻すための戻し油孔(25a,25b,25c,26)が形成されており、
前記中間壁部(22)に対して前記変速機(16)側に隣接して、前記入力部材(11)及び前記回転電機(13)の少なくとも一方の駆動力を前記オイルポンプ(MP)に伝達するためのチェーン(39)を有するチェーン駆動機構(36)が配置され、
前記チェーン(39)が配置された領域をチェーン配置領域(CH)として、前記戻し油孔(25a,25b,25c,26)を通って流れる油を、前記ケース(2)内における前記チェーン配置領域(CN)以外の領域へ導く導油部(OG)を備えており、
前記戻し油孔(25a,25b,25c,26)を通って流れる油は、前記導油部によって案内されて前記油貯留部に戻される。
前記チェーン配置領域(CH)を覆うチェーンカバー(6)を備え、
前記チェーンカバー(6)は、前記中間壁部(22)に対して前記変速機(16)側から固定され、
前記導油部(OG)の少なくとも一部が、前記チェーンカバー(6)により形成されていることが好ましい。
前記中間壁部(22)に、前記回転電機(13)から排出された油を前記油貯留部(41)側へ戻すための第2戻し油孔(27)が形成されており、
前記第2戻し油孔(27)の前記油貯留部(41)側の開口部が、環状に配置された前記チェーン配置領域(CH)の外周縁(Eo)よりも外側、かつ、当該第2戻し油孔(27)から排出される油が前記チェーン配置領域(CH)に浸入しない位置に配置されていることが好ましい。
前記導油部(OG)は、環状に配置された前記チェーン配置領域(CH)の内周縁(Ei)よりも内側を前記軸方向(L)に貫通し、前記戻し油孔(25a,25b,25c,26)と前記油貯留部(41)とを連通させる筒状部(64)を含むことが好ましい。
前記戻し油孔(25a,25b,25c,26)が、前記中間壁部(22)における前記摩擦係合部(12a)の下端部に対向する領域を含むように設けられていることが好ましい。
前記中間壁部(22)に、前記回転電機(13)から排出された油を前記油貯留部(41)側へ戻すための第2戻し油孔(27)が形成されており、
前記戻し油孔(25a,25b,25c,26)と前記第2戻し油孔(27)とが独立して設けられていることが好ましい。

- 内燃機関に駆動連結される入力部材と、車輪に駆動連結される出力部材と、摩擦係合装置と、前記摩擦係合装置を介して前記入力部材に駆動連結される回転電機と、前記回転電機と前記出力部材との間に設けられる変速機と、オイルポンプと、これらを収容するケースと、を備え、
前記ケースは、軸方向における前記摩擦係合装置及び前記回転電機と前記変速機との間に配置される中間壁部を有し、
前記ケース内における前記中間壁部よりも前記変速機側に、油を貯留する油貯留部が形成され、
前記オイルポンプは、前記油貯留部に貯留された油を前記摩擦係合装置の摩擦係合部に供給し、
前記中間壁部に、前記摩擦係合部から排出された油を前記油貯留部側へ戻すための戻し油孔が形成されており、
前記中間壁部に対して前記変速機側に隣接して、前記入力部材及び前記回転電機の少なくとも一方の駆動力を前記オイルポンプに伝達するためのチェーンを有するチェーン駆動機構が配置され、
前記チェーンが配置された領域をチェーン配置領域として、前記戻し油孔を通って流れる油を、前記ケース内における前記チェーン配置領域以外の領域へ導く導油部を備えており、
前記戻し油孔を通って流れる油は、前記導油部によって案内されて前記油貯留部に戻される車両用駆動装置。 - 前記チェーン配置領域を覆うチェーンカバーを備え、
前記チェーンカバーは、前記中間壁部に対して前記変速機側から固定され、
前記導油部の少なくとも一部が、前記チェーンカバーにより形成されている、請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記中間壁部に、前記回転電機から排出された油を前記油貯留部側へ戻すための第2戻し油孔が形成されており、
前記第2戻し油孔の前記油貯留部側の開口部が、環状に配置された前記チェーン配置領域の外周縁よりも外側、かつ、当該第2戻し油孔から排出される油が前記チェーン配置領域に浸入しない位置に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記導油部は、環状に配置された前記チェーン配置領域の内周縁よりも内側を前記軸方向に貫通し、前記戻し油孔と前記油貯留部とを連通させる筒状部を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記戻し油孔が、前記中間壁部における前記摩擦係合部の下端部に対向する領域を含むように設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記中間壁部に、前記回転電機から排出された油を前記油貯留部側へ戻すための第2戻し油孔が形成されており、
前記戻し油孔と前記第2戻し油孔とが独立して設けられている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
