Claims (7)
- 車幅方向に延在するとともに車体前方側を向く端部及び車体後方側を向く端部に接合部が形成された平板部と、前記平板部の上面に車幅方向に延在するように立設された仕切部と、を有する複数のユニット部材が、車体前後方向に並べられ、かつ互いに対向する接合部同士が接合されることで構成された底板部材と、
前記底板部材の上面で、かつ前記仕切部の車幅方向外側に設けられ、前記仕切部とで電池パックを収容する領域を形成する側板部材と、
を備え、
前記仕切部とは反対側となる前記平板部の下面に補強部が形成されている車両用電池搭載床構造。 - 前記補強部は、車幅方向から見た断面視で、車体上方側へ行くに従って車体前方側へ傾斜する前面と、車体上方側へ行くに従って車体後方側へ傾斜する後面と、を有する請求項1に記載の車両用電池搭載床構造。
- 前記補強部は、中空状に形成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用電池搭載床構造。
- 前記側板部材の車幅方向外側で、かつ前記仕切部の車幅方向外側への延長線上における前記平板部及び前記補強部に、車体に締結するための締結孔が形成されている請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用電池搭載床構造。
- 前記仕切部は、中空状に形成されている請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両用電池搭載床構造。
- 前記平板部の上面で、かつ車幅方向中央部に、車体前後方向に延在する中板部材が設けられている請求項1~請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両用電池搭載床構造。
- 前記接合部は、少なくとも下面側が摩擦撹拌接合されている請求項1~請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両用電池搭載床構造。
