Claims (4)
- 車体のフロア部の車両下方側に取り付けられるバッテリケースを有する車両用バッテリパックの構造において、
前記バッテリケースは、車両前後方向に延びる板状の底面部と、該底面部の車幅方向両側部から車両上方に突出し、車両前後方向に延びる側壁部と、を有し、
前記バッテリケース内には、車幅方向に延びる内側クロスメンバが設けられ、該内側クロスメンバは、前記底面部及び両側の前記側壁部に接合されており、
前記内側クロスメンバの車両上下方向の長さは、車両前後方向の長さよりも長く設定されており、
前記内側クロスメンバと前記底面部によって、車幅方向視で閉断面構造が構成されていることを特徴とする、車両用バッテリパックの構造。 - 前記底面部の下面側には、車幅方向に延びる外側クロスメンバが設けられ、
前記外側クロスメンバの車両前後方向の長さは、前記内側クロスメンバの車両前後方向の長さよりも長く設定されており、
前記内側クロスメンバ及び前記外側クロスメンバによって、車幅方向視で、T字形状が形成され、該T字形状は、前記バッテリケースの車幅方向に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリパックの構造。 - 前記バッテリケースは、前記底面部の車両上方側に間隔を空けて配置される天面部を有しており、
車両上下方向で、前記底面部から前記上端までの第1の距離は、前記底面部から前記天面部までの第2の距離の3/4以上に設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用バッテリパックの構造。 - 前記内側クロスメンバの車幅方向の端部は、車両前後方向に延びる接合面が設けられ、該接合面は、前記側壁部の内面に接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用バッテリパックの構造。
