Description
車両のブレーキシステムは、ブレーキシステムの故障中に、一定の距離内において車両を停止させるために臨時の制動力を必要とすることがある。例えば、ブレーキブースタが故障した場合、制動力を補償するため、運転者によって付加的な制動力が要求されることがある。制動力が低下すると、車両の停止距離が増加し得る。いくつかの車両、例えば電気車両及びハイブリッド車両は、回生制動システムを含む。ブレーキブースタの故障によって失われた制動力を補償するために、回生制動システムから付加的な制動力を供給することができる。
Claims (10)
- 車両用制動システムであって、
摩擦制動システムと、
回生制動システムと、
前記摩擦制動システム及び前記回生制動システムに通信可能に接続された電子プロセッサと、
を含み、前記電子プロセッサは、
運転者制動要求を受信し、
ブレーキ故障を示すブレーキ故障状態を特定し、
前記ブレーキ故障状態の特定に応答して、前記運転者制動要求に基づく制動力を前記摩擦制動システム及び前記回生制動システムのうちの少なくとも1つにより印加する、
ように構成されており、
前記制動力は、前記摩擦制動システムによって生成される摩擦制動力と前記回生制動システムによって生成される回生制動力とのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記摩擦制動システムは、ブレーキブースタを含み、前記ブレーキ故障状態の特定は、前記ブレーキブースタの機能の故障の特定を含み、
前記ブレーキ故障状態は、単一のブレーキ回路故障及びブレーキブースト故障からなるグループから選択される1つであり、
前記ブレーキ故障状態が前記ブレーキブースト故障である場合に、前記回生制動力は、前記車両の単一の車軸に印加される、
制動システム。 - 前記ブレーキ故障状態が前記単一のブレーキ回路故障であり、かつ、前記摩擦制動システムが垂直分割ブレーキシステムである場合に、前記回生制動力は、前記車両の単一の車軸に印加される、
請求項1に記載の制動システム。 - 前記ブレーキ故障状態が前記単一のブレーキ回路故障であり、かつ、前記摩擦制動システムが対角分割ブレーキシステムである場合に、前記摩擦制動力は、前記車両の第1の車輪及び前記車両の前記第1の車輪に対して対角の第2の車輪に印加され、前記回生制動力は、前記車両の単一の車軸に印加される、
請求項1に記載の制動システム。 - 前記電子プロセッサは、さらに、前記回生制動システムのバッテリ容量を特定し、前記バッテリ容量が所定の充電レベルを超える場合に、前記回生制動力を印加するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の制動システム。 - 前記摩擦制動システムによって生成される前記摩擦制動力は、前記運転者制動要求に対応する機械的制動力及び増幅制動力からなるグループから選択される少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項1に記載の制動システム。 - 摩擦制動システムと、回生制動システムと、前記摩擦制動システム及び前記回生制動システムに通信可能に接続された電子プロセッサとを含む車両用制動システムにより車両を制動する方法であって、前記方法は、
運転者制動要求を前記電子プロセッサによって受信することと、
ブレーキ故障を示すブレーキ故障状態を前記電子プロセッサによって特定することと、
前記電子プロセッサによる前記ブレーキ故障状態の特定に応答して、前記運転者制動要求に基づく制動力を前記摩擦制動システム及び前記回生制動システムのうちの少なくとも1つにより印加することと、
を含み、
前記制動力は、前記摩擦制動システムによって生成される摩擦制動力と前記回生制動システムによって生成される回生制動力とのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記摩擦制動システムは、ブレーキブースタを含み、前記ブレーキ故障状態を前記電子プロセッサによって特定することは、前記ブレーキブースタの機能の故障を前記電子プロセッサによって特定することを含み、
前記ブレーキ故障状態は、単一のブレーキ回路故障及びブレーキブースト故障からなるグループから選択される1つであり、
前記ブレーキ故障状態が前記ブレーキブースト故障である場合に、前記回生制動力は、前記回生制動システムによって前記車両の単一の車軸に印加される、

請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記ブレーキ故障状態が前記単一のブレーキ回路故障であり、かつ、前記摩擦制動システムが対角分割ブレーキシステムである場合に、前記摩擦制動力は、前記摩擦制動システムによって前記車両の第1の車輪及び前記車両の前記第1の車輪に対して対角の第2の車輪に印加され、前記回生制動力は、前記回生制動システムによって前記車両の単一の車軸に印加される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、さらに、前記回生制動システムのバッテリ容量を前記電子プロセッサによって特定することと、前記バッテリ容量が所定の充電レベルを超える場合に前記回生制動力を前記回生制動システムによって印加することとを含む、
