Claims (8)
- 金型キャビティを有する金型と、
材料を前記金型キャビティ内に射出し、それにより前記材料が成形物品に成形されるように適合された射出デバイスと、
前記金型キャビティの内面に形成された凹部と、
前記成形物品の厚さ方向に前記凹部の側縁を取り囲むように配置され、前記成形物品の非外観面に対応する多孔質構造と、
前記金型に接続され、ガスを駆動して前記多孔質構造を通して前記金型キャビティに流入又は流出させるように適合されたガス駆動ユニットと、
を備え、
前記金型キャビティが第1の成形空間及び第2の成形空間を含み、前記厚さ方向における前記第1の成形空間の幅が、前記厚さ方向における前記第2の成形空間の幅よりも大きく、前記多孔質構造が前記第1の成形空間に対応し、前記第1の成形空間が前記凹部を含み、前記厚さ方向に垂直に沿って見ると、前記多孔質構造が前記凹部の端部に対応しない、射出成形装置。 - 前記成形物品の凸状リブが前記凹部の内側に形成されている、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記多孔質構造が前記凹部に隣接している、請求項2に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記多孔質構造がガス透過性金属である、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 金型及び多孔質構造を設けるステップであって、前記金型が内面に凹部が形成された金型キャビティを有し、前記金型キャビティが第1の成形空間及び第2の成形空間を含み、成形物品の厚さ方向における前記第1の成形空間の幅が、前記成形物品の前記厚さ方向における前記第2の成形空間の幅よりも大きく、前記多孔質構造が前記第1の成形空間に対応し、前記第1の成形空間が前記凹部を含み、前記厚さ方向に垂直に沿って見ると、前記多孔質構造が前記凹部の端部に対応せず、前記多孔質構造が前記厚さ方向に前記凹部の側縁を取り囲むように前記金型キャビティの前記内面に配置される、ステップと、
材料を前記金型キャビティ内に射出し、それにより前記材料が射出デバイスによって前記成形物品に成形されるステップであって、前記多孔質構造が前記成形物品の非外観面に対応する、ステップと、
ガス駆動ユニットによって前記多孔質構造を通して前記金型キャビティにガスを流入又は流出させるように駆動するステップと、
を含む、射出成形方法。 - 前記射出デバイスによって前記材料を前記金型キャビティ内に射出する前記ステップが、
前記成形物品の凸状リブが前記凹部の内側に形成されるように設定するステップ
を含む、請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記金型及び前記多孔質構造を設ける前記ステップが、
前記多孔質構造を前記凹部に隣接するように設定するステップ
を含む、請求項6に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記多孔質構造を設ける前記ステップが、
前記多孔質構造がガス透過性金属で作られるように設定するするステップ
を含む、請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。
