Description
Claims (8)
- 波形側壁セクションを熱可塑性ベルトに接着するための接着機であって、
ある長さの熱可塑性ベルトが、波形側壁セクションが前記熱可塑性ベルトの外面から分離された状態で載置されるベースと、
前記ベース上の第1のヒータジョーアセンブリであって、垂直波形面と、前記垂直波形面の底面に沿って接着ストリップを有する加熱要素とを有する第1のヒータジョーアセンブリと、
前記ベース上の第2のヒータジョーアセンブリであって、垂直波形面と、前記垂直波形面の底面に沿って接着ストリップを有する加熱要素とを有する第2のヒータジョーアセンブリとを備え、
前記第1および第2のヒータジョーアセンブリの前記垂直波形面は相補的であり、前記波形側壁セクションが受け入れられる介在波形スロットを挟んで向き合い、
前記第1および第2のヒータジョーアセンブリは、前記波形側壁セクションの両側で前記熱可塑性ベルトの外面上に配置され、
前記第1および第2のヒータジョーアセンブリの前記加熱要素は、熱を前記接着ストリップに伝え、前記波形側壁セクションの底面をその両側で溶融し、前記波形側壁セクションを前記熱可塑性ベルトの外面に接着する、接着機。 - プレス板と、下向き圧力適用装置とをさらに備え、前記下向き圧力適用装置は、前記波形側壁セクションの上縁部と接触する前記プレス板に対して圧力を下向きに適用し、前記波形スロット内の前記波形側壁セクションを前記熱可塑性ベルトの前記外面に押し付ける、請求項1に記載の接着機。
- 前記第1および第2のヒータジョーアセンブリがそれぞれ、前記垂直波形面を形成する低摩擦絶縁体を含む、請求項1に記載の接着機。
- 前記第1および第2のヒータジョーアセンブリがそれぞれ、垂直波形面を有するヒートシンクを含む、請求項1に記載の接着機。
- 前記第1および第2のヒータジョーアセンブリがそれぞれ、前記加熱要素に沿った冷却空気流路を含む、請求項1に記載の接着機。
- 前記第2のヒータジョーアセンブリに対して横方向の圧力を適用して前記第2のヒータジョーアセンブリを前記第1のヒータジョーアセンブリの方に押し、前記波形側壁セクションを前記垂直波形面の間で保持する横方向圧力適用装置を備える、請求項1に記載の接着機。
- 分離された波形側壁セクションを熱可塑性ベルトに接着するための方法であって、
熱可塑性ベルトを、ベースと、前記波形側壁セクションの内側にある前記熱可塑性ベルトの外面に対向する、底面に波形接着ストリップを備えた波形垂直面を有する第1のヒータジョーアセンブリとの間でクランプすること、
前記熱可塑性ベルトの前記外面から分離された前記波形側壁セクションを前記第1のヒータジョーアセンブリの前記波形垂直面に押し付けること、
前記第1のヒータジョーアセンブリの前記波形垂直面と向き合いこれと相補的な波形垂直面と、底面の波形接着ストリップとを有する第2のヒータジョーアセンブリを押して、前記波形側壁セクションを受け入れる波形のスロットを形成すること、
前記熱可塑性ベルトを、前記ベースと、前記波形側壁セクションの外側にある前記熱可塑性ベルトの前記外面に対向する前記第2のヒータジョーアセンブリとの間でクランプすること、
前記波形スロット内の前記波形側壁セクションに対して下向きの圧力を適用すること、
前記第1および第2のヒータジョーアセンブリの前記波形接着ストリップを加熱して、前記波形側壁セクションの底面を両側で溶融し、それを前記熱可塑性ベルトの前記外面に接着すること
を含む方法。 - 加熱後に前記第1および第2のヒータジョーアセンブリを通して空気を流すことをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
