Claims (5)
- ケーブル処理装置(1)がそれぞれ以下の構成要素、すなわち、
ケーブルのケーブル端部を処理するための少なくとも1つの処理ステーション(2,3,4,5,6)と、
ケーブルを機械長手方向軸(x)方向に少なくとも1つの処理ステーション(2,3,4,5,6)まで運ぶための、長手方向機械軸(x)に沿って延びるケーブル搬送装置(8)と、
長手方向機械軸(x)に対してケーブル処理装置(1)の端の方に配置された、ケーブル処理装置(1)を操作するための中央制御ユニット(11)と、
を備える、互いに隣接して並列に配置されたケーブル処理装置(1)を有するケーブルを組み立てるための設備であって、
互いに隣接して並列に配置されたケーブル処理装置(1)が、2つの隣接するケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)を有する少なくとも1つのグループを有し、グループを形成する2つの隣接するケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)の中央制御ユニット(11,11’)が、グループを形成する2つの隣接するケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)の間に配置された共通のアクセス可能領域から制御されることができるように配置されることを特徴とする、設備。 - ケーブルのケーブル端部を処理するための少なくとも1つの処理ステーション(2,3,4,5,6)と、ケーブルを長手方向機械軸(x)方向に少なくとも1つの処理ステーション(2,3,4,5,6)まで運ぶための、長手方向機械軸(x)に沿って延びる1つのケーブル搬送装置(8)と、長手方向機械軸(x)に対してケーブル処理装置(1)の端の方に配置された、ケーブル処理装置(1)を操作するための1つの中央制御ユニット(11)と、を有する、請求項1に記載の1つに隣接して並列に配置されたケーブル処理装置(1)を有するケーブルを組み立てるための設備であって、互いに並列に配置されたケーブル処理装置(1)が、2つの隣接するケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)を有する少なくとも1つのグループを有し、グループを形成する2つの隣接するケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)の中央制御ユニット(11,11’)が対向して配置されることを特徴とする、設備。
- 各ケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)がケーブル輸送制御ユニット(12,12’)をさらに有し、グループを形成する2つの隣接するケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)のケーブル輸送制御ユニット(12,12’)が対向して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の設備。
- ケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)が、処理されたケーブルを受け取るための収容トレイ(13,13’)をさらに有し、グループを形成する2つの隣接するケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)の収容トレイ(13,13’)が対向して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- グループを形成するケーブル処理装置(1,1’;1’’,1’’’)が、鏡像配置で具体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
