Description
少なくとも一部が熱膨張性黒鉛を含む樹脂組成物から形成されて、前記処理対象物の周囲を囲むことの可能な筒体と、
前記筒体を前記処理対象物に連結固定することが可能な連結固定部位とを有している、熱膨張性耐火カバー部材。
前記爪状部を前記処理対象物に係止させることで、前記筒体が前記処理対象物に連結固定される、項1又は2に記載の熱膨張性耐火カバー部材。
前記筒体の内側に延び出た前記締結部材の範囲を、前記処理対象物に押し当てること、或いは、前記処理対象物に挿通させることで、前記筒体が前記処理対象物に連結固定される、項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性耐火カバー部材。
前記筒体は、前記シャフト及び前記本体部の周囲を囲むことが可能であり、
前記連結固定部位は、前記筒体を前記本体部に連結固定することが可能である、項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性耐火カバー部材。
(2)筒体5の内側に延び出た締結部材30の範囲を、本体部3の外面に形成される孔にねじ込むこと。
(3)筒体5の内側に延び出た締結部材の尖った先端を、本体部3の外面に突き当てること。
(2)筒体の内面に形成される爪状部(連結固定部位)であって、処理対象物に係止されることで、筒体を処理対象物に連結固定することが可能な爪状部(連結固定部位)。
(3)筒体5の壁を貫通する締結部材(連結固定部位)であって、筒体5の内側に延び出た範囲を、処理対象物に押し当てること、或いは、処理対象物に挿通させることで、筒体を処理対象物に連結固定することが可能な締結部材(連結固定部位)。
(4)筒体の一方の端部側に形成される爪状部(連結固定部位)(一実施形態では、筒体の一方の端部から筒体の外方に突出した爪状部)であって、処理対象物に係止されることで、筒体を処理対象物に連結固定することが可能な爪状部(連結固定部位)。
(5)前記(1)の嵌合部位や前記(2)や(4)の爪状部(他の前記連結固定部位)を貫通するビスやボルト等の締結部材(連結固定部位)であって、筒体の内側に延び出た前記締結部材の範囲を、処理対象物に押し当てること、或いは、処理対象物に挿通させることで、筒体を前記処理対象物に連結固定させることの可能な締結部材(連結固定部位)。

Claims (5)
- 熱膨張性耐火カバー部材付きのモーターであって、
前記モーターは、回転するシャフトが本体部から延び出たものであって、
前記熱膨張性耐火カバー部材は、
少なくとも一部が熱膨張性黒鉛を含む樹脂組成物から形成されて、前記シャフト及び前記本体部の周囲を囲む筒体と、
前記筒体を前記本体部に連結固定する連結固定部位とを有する、熱膨張性耐火カバー部材付きのモーター。 - 前記熱膨張性耐火カバー部材は、前記連結固定部位として、前記本体部と嵌合することで、前記筒体を前記本体部に連結固定する嵌合部位を備える、請求項1に記載の熱膨張性耐火カバー部材付きのモーター。
- 前記熱膨張性耐火カバー部材は、前記連結固定部位として、前記筒体の内面及び/又は前記筒体の端部に形成された爪状部を備え、
前記爪状部を前記本体部に係止させることで、前記筒体が前記本体部に連結固定される、請求項1又は2に記載の熱膨張性耐火カバー部材付きのモーター。 - 前記熱膨張性耐火カバー部材は、前記連結固定部位として、前記筒体の壁及び/又は他の前記連結固定部位を貫通する締結部材を備え、
前記筒体の内側に延び出た前記締結部材の範囲を、前記本体部に押し当てること、或いは、前記本体部に挿通させることで、前記筒体が前記本体部に連結固定される、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性耐火カバー部材付きのモーター。 - 前記筒体は、熱膨張性黒鉛を含まない樹脂組成物から形成された部分を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性耐火カバー部材付きのモーター。
