Claims (15)
- 窓組立体であって、
ガラスを含む透明ペインと、
前記透明ペインに設置された導電体と、
前記導電体にエネルギー供給するように構成された配線ハーネスと、
前記配線ハーネスと前記導電体の間の電気的ジョイントと、
前記透明ペインに接着された機械的な保護囲い組立体であって、前記透明ペインとの間に内部容積を定める囲い組立体と、
を有し、
前記電気的ジョイントは、前記囲い組立体から離間して、前記内部容積内に配置され、
前記囲い組立体は、
透明ペイン当接表面(engaging surface)、第1のインターフェース表面、および前記透明ペイン当接表面と前記第1のインターフェース表面との間に延在する複数の第1の壁を有する第1の部材であって、前記透明ペイン当接表面は、前記透明ペインに接着される、第1の部材と、
前記第1の部材に取り付けられた第2の部材であって、上部部材、第2のインターフェース表面、および前記上部部材と前記第2のインターフェース表面との間に延在する複数の第2の壁を有し、前記第1のインターフェース表面は、さねつぎインターフェース、ネスト半球インターフェース、およびラップ接合のいずれか一つを用いて前記第2のインターフェース表面と嵌め合わされ、または前記第1のインターフェース表面と前記第2のインターフェース表面との間には、ガスケットおよびoリングの少なくとも一つが提供され、第1の流体気密シールが提供される、第2の部材と、
前記複数の第2の壁の少なくとも一つにより、少なくとも一部が定められた開口であって、前記配線ハーネスがはめ込まれ、前記開口による前記配線ハーネスの圧縮もしくは変形により、または両者の間にパッキングを介することにより、第2の流体気密シールが提供され、前記第1の流体気密シールおよび前記第2の流体気密シールは、前記電気的ジョイントの周囲に流体バリアを提供する、開口と、
を有する、窓組立体。 - 前記開口は、さらに、前記複数の第1の壁の少なくとも一つにより定められる、請求項1に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記透明ペイン当接表面は、構造的結合テープまたは粘着剤を用いて、前記透明ペインに接着される、請求項1または2に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記第2の部材は、機械的なインターロックを介して、前記第1の部材に取り付けられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の窓組立体。
- 前記第2の部材は、上部部品および底部部品を有し、
前記上部部品は、前記上部部材を有し、前記底部部品は、前記開口の一部を定め、
前記上部部品は、前記開口の前記一部に前記配線ハーネスがはめ込まれた状態で、前記底部部品に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の窓組立体。 - さらに、前記配線ハーネスと前記開口の間に配置されたパッキングを有し、および/または
前記内部容積の少なくとも一部を充填するシール材料を有し、前記シール材料は、前記電気的ジョイントの周囲に、流体環境バリアを提供する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の窓組立体。 - 前記導電体は、実質的に銀で構成され、および/または
前記導電体は、複数の導電層を有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の窓組立体。 - 透明ペインに設置された電気的ジョイントを環境的にシールする方法であって、
ガラスを含む透明ペインに、囲い組立体の第1の部材を接着するステップであって、前記第1の部材は、配線ハーネスがはめ込まれる開口の第1の部分を定める、ステップと、
前記開口の前記第1の部分内に、前記配線ハーネスを設置するステップと、
前記第1の部材に、前記囲い組立体の第2の部材を取り付けるステップであって、前記第2の部材は、前記配線ハーネスがはめ込まれる前記開口の第2の部分を定める、ステップと、
前記第1の部材への前記第2の部材の取り付けに応じて、前記開口と前記配線ハーネスとの間に流体バリアを形成し、前記第1の部材、前記第2の部材、および前記透明ペインにより定められる容積への水分の侵入を抑制する、ステップと、
を有し、
前記容積は、電気的ジョイントを収容し、前記透明ペインに導電体が設置され、該導電体は、前記電気的ジョイントを介して、前記配線ハーネスに結合される、方法。 - 前記第1の部分は、構造結合テープまたは粘着剤を用いて、前記透明ペインに取り付けられる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の部材は、機械的なインターロックを介して、前記第1の部材に取り付けられる、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 透明ペインに設置された電気的ジョイントを環境的にシールする方法であって、
囲い組立体の第1の部材を前記透明ペインに接着するステップであって、前記第1の部材は、前記透明ペインに接着される透明ペイン当接表面、第1のインターフェース表面、および前記透明ペイン当接表面と前記第1のインターフェース表面との間に延在する複数の第1の壁を有し、前記第1の壁の一つには、配線ハーネスがはめ込まれる開口の第1の部分が定められる、ステップと、
前記配線ハーネスと、前記透明ペインに設置された導電体との間に、前記電気的ジョイントを形成するステップと、
前記開口の前記第1の部分内に、前記配線ハーネスを配置するステップと、
前記第1の部材に、第2の部材を取り付けるステップであって、前記第2の部材は、第2のインターフェース表面、および該第2のインターフェース表面から延在する複数の第2の壁を有する底部部品を有し、前記底部部品は、前記開口の第2の部分を定める、ステップと、
前記第1の部材への前記第2の部材の前記底部部品の取り付けに応じて、
前記第1のインターフェース表面は、さねつぎインターフェースおよびラップ接合のいずれか一つを用いて前記第2のインターフェース表面と嵌め合わされ、または前記第1のインターフェース表面と前記第2のインターフェース表面との間には、ガスケットおよびoリングの少なくとも一つが提供され、第1の流体気密シールが提供されるとともに、
前記開口による前記配線ハーネスの圧縮もしくは変形により、または両者の間にパッキングを介することにより、前記開口と前記配線ハーネスとの間に、第2の流体気密シールを形成するステップと、
前記第2の部材の上部部品により、前記囲い組立体をキャップし、前記囲い組立体と前記透明ペインとの間に、内部容積を定める、ステップと、
を有し、
前記内部容積は、前記導電体および前記電気的ジョイントを収容する、方法。 - 前記電気的ジョイントを形成するステップは、前記第2の部材の前記底部部品が前記第1の部材に取り付けられた後に生じる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記底部部品は、第1の機械的インターロックを介して、前記第1の部材に取り付けられ、
前記底部部品は、第2の機械的インターロックを介して、前記上部部品によりキャップされる、請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - さらに、シール材料で、それぞれ、前記容積または前記内部容積の少なくとも一部を充填するステップを有し、
前記シール材料は、前記電気的ジョイントを被覆する、請求項8乃至13のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記導電体は、実質的に銀で構成される、請求項8乃至14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
