第一ワニス溶液 60%~80%
希釈剤 15%~20%
PGMEA 5%~10%
ブチルチタネート 2%~5%
ナノゾル 0.5%~3%
Claims (21)
- 架橋構造を形成させるための少なくとも1種類の官能基を有する硬化性ポリマーと、
前記硬化性ポリマー中の前記少なくとも1種類の官能基と反応するように配置される硬化剤と、
0.1nm~100nmの範囲の粒径を有するシリカのナノ粒子を含むゾルと、
有機チタン酸塩と、
少なくとも1種類の溶剤又は希釈剤と、を含むコーティング組成物であって、
前記コーティング組成物の総重量を基準とすると、前記ゾルの含量は0.5%~30%の範囲であり、
前記ゾルは、前記ゾルの重量を基準として、0.3重量%~5重量%のシリカのナノ粒子を含み、
ただし、前記コーティング組成物の総重量を基準とすると、0.1重量%以上の0.1nm~100nmの範囲の粒径を有するシリカのナノ粒子を含む場合を除く、コーティング組成物。 - 前記コーティング組成物の総重量を基準とすると、
前記硬化性ポリマーの含量は40%~95%の範囲であり、
前記硬化剤の含量は0.5%~5%の範囲であり、
前記有機チタン酸塩の含量は0.5%~10%の範囲であり、
前記少なくとも1種類の溶剤又は希釈剤の含量は10%~70%の範囲である請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。 - 前記硬化性ポリマーはアルキド樹脂である請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記アルキド樹脂はビニル基又はアクリル酸により改質される請求項3に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記硬化性ポリマーはビニルトルエンにより改質されるアルキド樹脂であり、前記少なくとも1種類の官能基はビニル基及びヒドロキシル基を含む請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記硬化剤はビニル基又はアリル基を含む請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記硬化剤はビニルトルエンである請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記シリカのナノ粒子は0.1nm~10nmの範囲の粒径を有する請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記有機チタン酸塩は有機アルコキシ基チタン酸塩である請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記有機チタン酸塩はブチルチタネート、エチルチタネート、イソプロピルチタネート、又はそれらの組み合わせである請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の溶剤又は希釈剤はN-メチルピロリドン、ナフサ、非芳香族炭化水素、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の溶剤又は希釈剤はプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテートを含む請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 1つ以上の工程において硬化性ポリマー、硬化剤、及び少なくとも1種類の溶剤又は希釈剤と、ゾル及び有機チタン酸塩とが混合される工程を含むコーティング組成物の製造方法であって、
前記硬化性ポリマーは架橋構造を形成させるための少なくとも1種類の官能基を含み、
前記硬化剤は前記硬化性ポリマー中の前記少なくとも1種類の官能基と反応するように配置され、
前記ゾルはシリカのナノ粒子を含み、且つ前記ナノ粒子は0.1nm~100nmの範囲の粒径を有し、
前記コーティング組成物の総重量を基準とすると、前記ゾルの含量は0.5%
~30%の範囲であり、
前記ゾルは、前記ゾルの重量を基準として、0.3重量%~5重量%のシリカのナノ粒子を含み、
ただし、前記コーティング組成物の総重量を基準とすると、0.1重量%以上の0.1nm~100nmの範囲の粒径を有するシリカのナノ粒子を含む場合を除く、コーティング組成物の製造方法。 - 前記硬化性ポリマーはビニル基又はアクリル酸により改質されるアルキド樹脂である請求項13に記載のコーティング組成物の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の官能基は前記ナノ粒子と反応させるためのヒドロキシル基を更に含む請求項14に記載のコーティング組成物の製造方法。
- 前記シリカのナノ粒子は0.1nm~10nmの範囲の粒径を有する請求項13に記載のコーティング組成物の製造方法。
- 前記有機チタン酸塩はブチルチタネート、エチルチタネート、イソプロピルチタネート、又はそれらの組み合わせである請求項13に記載のコーティング組成物の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の溶剤又は希釈剤はN-メチルピロリドン(NMP)、ナフサ、非芳香族炭化水素、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテート、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む請求項13に記載のコーティング組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物に由来する硬化コーティング組成物であって、
前記硬化性ポリマーに由来する架橋ポリマーと、前記硬化剤に由来する硬化された硬化剤と、シリカのナノ粒子と、前記有機チタン酸塩の加水分解誘導体と、を含み、
前記架橋ポリマーと前記硬化された硬化剤とが共に架橋される硬化コーティング組成物。 - 前記架橋ポリマーはシリカのナノ粒子と更に架橋される請求項19に記載の硬化コーティング組成物。
- 前記架橋ポリマーはアルキド樹脂系である請求項19に記載の硬化コーティング組成物。
