Claims (4)
- 軸部材(11)の中心を貫通して設けられた芯線(13)を前記軸部材(11)の基端側から先端側に向けて軸方向に移動させる芯線移動手段(79)と、
前記軸部材(11)に中心軸方向に所定の間隔を開けて設けられた一対の支持板(21,22)間に架設された複数の公転体(23)と、
前記複数の公転体(23)にそれぞれ設けられ線材(32)が巻回されて貯線され回転して前記線材(32)を繰り出すスプール(31)と、
制御手段(8)により制御され前記軸部材(11)を前記一対の支持板(21,22)とともに回転させて前記複数の公転体(23)を前記芯線(13)を中心として公転させる公転手段(12)と、
前記制御手段(8)により制御され前記線材(32)を巻解くように前記スプール(31)を回転させる回転駆動手段(40)とを備え、
軸方向に移動する前記芯線(13)の周囲に公転する前記複数の公転体(23)の前記スプール(31)から繰り出される前記線材(32)を前記芯線(13)の外周に螺旋状に巻回させる撚り線装置において、
前記芯線(13)に巻き付けられる前記線材(32)の速度を検出する線材速度検出手段(100)が先端側の前記支持板(22)に設けられ、
前記制御手段(8)は前記線材速度検出手段(100)が検出する検出出力が所定の値となるように前記回転駆動手段(40)を制御する
ことを特徴とする撚り線装置。 - スプール(31)から繰り出される線材(32)を軸部材(11)に向かわせる第一転向プーリ(62)が支持板(22)に設けられ、
線材速度検出手段(50,100)は、前記第一転向プーリ(62)により転向して前記軸部材(11)に向かう前記線材(32)が掛け回される速度検出用プーリ(104)と、前記速度検出用プーリ(104)の回転速度を検出するロータリエンコーダ(105)とを備えた請求項1記載の撚り線装置。 - 線材速度検出手段(100)は、第一転向プーリ(62)により転向して軸部材(11)に向かう線材(32)に交差する方向に移動可能に設けられ速度検出用プーリ(104)に掛け回された線材(32)が更に掛け回される補助プーリ(102)と、前記速度検出用プーリ(104)から前記補助プーリ(102)を遠ざける方向に付勢する弾性体(106)とを更に備えた請求項2記載の撚り線装置。
- 軸部材(11)の中心を貫通して設けられて軸方向に移動する芯線(13)を中心として線材が巻回されて貯線されたスプール(31)が設けられた複数の公転体(23)を公転させ、前記複数の公転体(23)のスプール(31)から巻き解かれて前記軸部材(11)と平行に繰り出される線材(32)を前記軸部材(11)に向かわせた後に前記芯線(13)の周囲に螺旋状に巻回して撚り線(9)を得る撚り線の製造方法であって、
前記軸部材(11)に向かわせた後の前記線材(32)の速度を検出し、
前記軸部材(11)に向かわせた後の前記芯線(13)に巻き付けられる前記線材(32)の速度が所定の値になるように前記スプール(31)の回転を制御しつつ前記複数の公転体(23)を前記芯線(13)の周囲に公転させて前記スプール(31)から巻き解かれて繰り出される前記線材(32)を前記芯線(13)の周囲に螺旋状に巻回させる
ことを特徴とする撚り線の製造方法。
