Claims (10)
- HVACシステムの空気流方向制御素子の位置を維持する方法であって、
a)前記HVACシステムの空気流方向制御機構の少なくとも1つの可動部材の位置を決定する工程と、
b)前記可動部材が前記空気流方向制御素子の要求位置に関連した目標位置を維持するかどうかを計算する工程であって、そうでなければ、前記HVACシステムの空気流方向制御用アクチュエータを起動して前記可動部材の位置を変化させ、前記空気流方向制御素子を前記要求位置に戻す工程と、を備え、
工程b)の前に、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータへの電流を監視して、前記可動部材を起動するために必要な最小の電流を決定する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記工程b)の次に、
c)前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータの起動に続いて前記可動部材の変化した位置を決定する工程と、
d)前記可動部材の前記変化位置を前記目標位置と比較する工程と、をさらに備え、
i)前記可動部材が前記目標位置にあれば、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータを非作動とし、そうでなければ
ii)工程b)から工程d)を繰り返す、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記可動部材は、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータのロータ又は駆動軸を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空気流方向制御素子は、前記HVACシステムの通気フラップである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)にて、前記可動部材が前記目標位置になければ、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータに電流を供給し、前記可動部材が前記目標位置にあれば、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータに電流を供給しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)にて、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータへの前記電流は、前記可動部材の前記位置の変化が決定されるまで増減される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記アクチュエータは、電気モータと、前記電気モータと噛み合う可逆的な歯車列を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- HVACシステムであって、
空気流方向制御用アクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータによって起動されるように配置され、空気流方向制御素子を含む可動部材と、
前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータに関連するアクチュエータ位置センサと、
前記アクチュエータ位置センサに関連する制御装置であって、前記アクチュエータ位置センサから受け取った測定結果に基づき前記可動部材の位置をフィードバック制御する制御装置と、を備え、
さらに、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータへの電流を監視して、前記可動部材を起動するために必要な最小の電流を決定する電流モニタを備えることを特徴とするHVACシステム。 - 前記アクチュエータは、電気モータと、前記電気モータと噛み合う可逆的な歯車列を含む、請求項8に記載のHVACシステム。
- HVACシステムの空気流方向制御素子の位置を維持する方法であって、
a)前記HVACシステムの前記空気流方向制御素子の位置を決定する工程と、
b)前記空気流方向制御素子が、前記HVACシステムの空気流方向制御用アクチュエータによって駆動されることなく移動したかどうかを決定する工程であって、そうであれば、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータの駆動機構に電流を供給して前記空気流方向制御素子の前記位置を変化させ、そうでなければ、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータの前記駆動機構に電流を供給しない工程と、を備え、
工程b)の前に、前記空気流方向制御用アクチュエータへの前記電流を監視して、前記空気流方向制御素子を起動するために必要な最小の電流を決定する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする方法。
