Claims (4)
- 熱硬化性樹脂のシール部を有する燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法であって、
基材に、硬化後に前記シール部となる未硬化の熱硬化性樹脂を配置する配置工程と、
前記基材に配置された未硬化の前記熱硬化性樹脂を予備硬化させる予備硬化工程と、
複数の前記基材を集積させた状態で予備硬化された前記熱硬化性樹脂を本硬化させて複数の前記基材に前記シール部を一括して形成する本硬化工程と、を有することを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。 - 前記配置工程は、
前記基材の表面に未硬化の前記熱硬化性樹脂を塗工する塗工工程と、
前記基材を成形型に配置し、前記塗工工程で前記基材の前記表面に塗布された未硬化の前記熱硬化性樹脂を前記成形型によって加圧して流動させ、前記基材に設けられた貫通孔に流し込むことによって、前記貫通孔の内周面に未硬化の前記熱硬化性樹脂を配置する加圧工程と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。 - 前記配置工程において、成形型に配置された前記基材に未硬化の前記熱硬化性樹脂を射出成形によって配置し、
前記予備硬化工程において、前記成形型を加熱して前記配置工程において前記基材に配置された未硬化の前記熱硬化性樹脂を予備硬化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。 - 前記本硬化工程の前に、前記配置工程と前記予備硬化工程を複数回繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
