図1を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電動ポンプ100について説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電動ポンプ100の断面図である。
次に図2を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る電動ポンプ200について説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、上記第1実施形態に係る電動ポンプ100と同一の機能を有する構成には図中に同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。図2は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る電動ポンプ200の断面図である。
Claims (4)
- 電動モータにより回転駆動されることによって作動流体を吐出するポンプ部を備えた電動ポンプであって、
前記電動モータの回転駆動力を前記ポンプ部の回転部材に伝達する伝達シャフトと、
前記伝達シャフトと同軸上に設けられ、前記回転部材とともに回転する回転検出用シャフトと、
前記回転検出用シャフトの回転を検出する回転検出部と、を備え、
前記回転検出用シャフトは、前記回転部材に係合する係合部と、前記回転検出部に臨む被検出部と、を有し、
前記被検出部の外径は、前記係合部の外径よりも大きく設定され、
前記回転部材は、一端側から前記回転検出用シャフトが係合し他端側から前記伝達シャフトが係合する係合孔を有し、
前記回転検出用シャフトは、前記回転部材を介して前記伝達シャフトと連結される電動ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動ポンプであって、
前記ポンプ部は、前記回転部材を回転自在に収容するハウジングと、前記ハウジングに保持される軸受と、を有し、
前記回転検出用シャフトは、前記被検出部側において前記軸受により回転自在に支持される電動ポンプ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電動ポンプであって、
前記係合孔に挿入される前記伝達シャフトの挿入長さは、前記係合孔に挿入される前記回転検出用シャフトの挿入長さよりも長く設定される電動ポンプ。 - 請求項1から3の何れか1つに記載の電動ポンプであって、
前記係合孔と前記伝達シャフトとのクリアランスの大きさは、前記係合孔と前記回転検出用シャフトとのクリアランスよりも小さく設定される電動ポンプ。
