図1を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係るベーンポンプ100について説明する。
図5を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係るベーンポンプ200について説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、上記第1実施形態に係るベーンポンプ100と同一の機能を有する構成には図中に同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。図5では、電動モータ1の図示を省略している。
Claims (3)
- 駆動シャフトが連結される貫通孔を有するロータと、
前記ロータに対して径方向に往復動自在に設けられた複数のベーンと、
前記ロータを収容すると共に前記ロータの回転に伴って内周面に前記ベーンの先端部が摺接するカムリングと、
前記ロータ及び前記カムリングを収容するハウジングと、
前記ロータと前記ハウジングの底面との間に配置されるサイドプレートと、を備え、
前記サイドプレート又は前記ハウジングには、前記ロータの前記貫通孔に挿入される突起が形成され、
前記突起は、前記サイドプレートの側面に形成された溝に圧入されることを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 - 前記突起は、前記駆動シャフトを前記ロータの前記貫通孔に挿入する際に、前記カムリング内での前記ロータの位置を決めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記突起は、前記ロータの前記貫通孔と同心円柱状に形成され、
前記突起の外周面と前記貫通孔の内周面との間、及び前記突起の先端面と前記駆動シャフトの先端面との間には、隙間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のベーンポンプ。
