Description
まず、第1実施形態に係る部品の接合構造10について説明する。本実施形態に係る接合構造10は、樹脂製の部品(樹脂部品)と金属製の部品(金属部品)とを接合する構造であり、例えば図1に示されるように、ルーフサイドレール40やセンターピラー50などの車両12の骨格部材14を構成する樹脂部品(図2、図3に示される金属製のチップ20)と金属部品とをスポット溶接によって接合する構造である。
また、本実施形態に係る接合構造10は、図6に示されるように、繊維強化樹脂材で成形されたフランジ部52Aではなく、そのフランジ部52Aの先端にランダム材や射出材で一体に成形されたフランジ部54に、チップ20をインサート成形によって設ける場合にも適用が可能である。

- 樹脂部品と、

前記回り止め手段が外周面に形成された中板部と、
前記中板部の一方の面及び他方の面のそれぞれ中央に突設された前記突出部と、
を有する部品の接合構造。 - 前記突出部の外周面に前記回り止め手段が形成されている請求項2に記載の部品の接合構造。
- 前記中板部は、前記突出部よりも外側における前記一方の面及び前記他方の面に溝部を有し、
前記溝部は、前記一方の面側と前記他方の面側とで互いにオーバーラップしない位置に形成されている請求項2又は請求項3に記載の部品の接合構造。 - 前記溝部は、等間隔に複数形成されている請求項4に記載の部品の接合構造。
- 前記回り止め手段は、セレーションである請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の部品の接合構造。
- 樹脂部品と、
前記樹脂部品にインサート成形によって設けられるとともに、前記樹脂部品に対する回り止め手段と、前記樹脂部品から突出された突出部と、を有する金属製のチップと、
前記突出部にスポット溶接されるとともに、前記突出部によって形成された前記樹脂部品との隙間に設けられた接着剤により前記樹脂部品と接合された金属部品と、
を備え、
前記回り止め手段は、セレーションである部品の接合構造。
