Description
アルキルスルホン酸でピリジン含有両親媒性化合物を代替してブレンステッド強酸と合成することでブレンステッド酸性イオン液体を生成し、ピリジン含有両親媒性化合物に代替するアルキルスルホン酸とブレンステッド強酸とのモル比は、1.0乃至1.5の間の範囲である工程と、
エポキシ化脂肪酸エステル類及びブレンステッド酸性イオン液体が一定の比率に従って混合され、且つ開環剤としてアルコール類が添加されて反応溶液が形成され、反応溶液が30℃乃至100℃の間まで加熱されると共に1時間から24時間維持され、開環ヒドロキシル化反応が促進され、アルコール類とエポキシ化脂肪酸エステル類とのモル比は4乃至20の間の範囲であり、ブレンステッド酸性イオン液体とエポキシ化脂肪酸エステル類とのモル比は0.01乃至0.15の間の範囲である工程と、
脱イオン水により反応溶液が抽出された後に静置されて上層溶液及び下層溶液に分離され、下層溶液が濃縮乾燥された後に回収再利用が可能なイオン液体が得られ、上層溶液が弱アルカリ性水溶液及び脱イオン水により洗浄された後に脱水されてバイオポリオールが得られる工程と、を含む。
Claims (1)
- アルキルスルホン酸でピリジン含有両親媒性化合物を代替してブレンステッド強酸と合成することでブレンステッド酸性イオン液体を生成し、前記ピリジン含有両親媒性化合物に代替するアルキルスルホン酸と前記ブレンステッド強酸とのモル比は1.0乃至1.5の間の範囲である工程と、
エポキシ化脂肪酸エステル類及び前記ブレンステッド酸性イオン液体は一定の比率に従って混合され、且つ開環剤としてエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ブチレングリコール及びその異性体、グリセリンから選択されるポリオールが添加されて反応溶液が形成され、前記反応溶液が30℃乃至100℃の間まで加熱されると共に1時間から24時間維持され、開環ヒドロキシル化反応が促進され、前記ポリオールと前記エポキシ化脂肪酸エステル類とのモル比は4乃至20の間の範囲であり、前記ブレンステッド酸性イオン液体と前記エポキシ化脂肪酸エステル類とのモル比は0.01乃至0.15の間の範囲である工程と、
脱イオン水により前記反応溶液が抽出された後に静置されて上層溶液及び下層溶液に分離され、前記下層溶液が濃縮乾燥された後に回収再利用が可能なイオン液体が得られ、前記上層溶液が弱アルカリ性水溶液及び前記脱イオン水により洗浄された後に脱水されてバイオポリオールが得られる工程と、を含むことを特徴とするエポキシ化脂肪酸エステル類からバイオポリオールを製造する方法。
