Description
a.セルロース系の紙
現在、ペーパータオル、ペーパーティッシュのようなある種のセルロースウェブは、油性食品から過剰な油を除くために使用される。その物理的な毛管力は、ウェブの空隙に油を誘引し、保持するために主要な役割を果たす。一方、化学的に、セルロース鎖に沿ったヒドロキシル基は支配的に水を吸収する。したがって、油と水との両方がウェブに吸収され、吸収された水がウェブの機械的強度を低下させることによりウェブは引き裂かれ、短い繊維が絡み合ったものが調理済み食品に混入することになる。
セルロース系の紙とは対照的に、ポリオレフィン系不織布は、合成繊維、特に、ポリプロピレンの長いフィラメントから作られている。これらのプラスチック繊維ウェブは水を吸収せず、油だけを選択的に吸収する。しかし、微細で緩い結合性のウェブ構造を有するため、容易に損傷し、繊維を失って調理済み食品に混入する傾向があり、上述のセルロース系の紙と同様である。
特許公開番号WO2007046225号「微多孔ポリプロピレンフィルム及びその製造方法」には、ポリプロピレンと、β晶の造核剤及びエチレン/a−オレフィン共重合体とからなる微多孔質ポリプロピレンフィルムについて説明されている;
日本特許公開番号特開2016037586号「ポリプロピレン組成物から得られるフィルム又はシート」には、プロピレン共重合体とα−オレフィンと造核剤とを含み、二軸延伸工程で製造されるポリプロピレンフィルムについて開示されている;
特許公開番号CA2001234号「ポリプロピレン延伸フィルム」には、ポリプロピレンと、少なくとも6個の炭素原子を有し造核剤として機能するオレフィンとを含むポリプロピレンフィルムについて明示されている;
日本特許公開番号特開2017109371号「二軸延伸離型フィルム」には、ポリプロピレンとα−オレフィンとを含み、二軸延伸工程で製造されるポリプロピレンフィルムについて説明されている;及び
カナダ特許公開番号CA2017246号「ポリプロピレン延伸フィルム」には、ポリプロピレンと造核剤とを含むポリプロピレンフィルムについて考察されている。
a.メルトフローレートが10分間当たり0.1〜5.0gの範囲で、65〜75質量%の濃度であるアイソタクチックポリプロピレンポリマー。
b.炭素原子数がC29〜C200の範囲内で、25〜35質量%の濃度であるオレフィンフィラー。
c.100〜2500百万分率(ppm)の濃度である造核剤であって、前記造核剤は、ソルビトール誘導体、ベンゼントリアミド誘導体又はそれらの組み合わせから選択される。
a.チューブラーインフレーションフィルム押出機により、前記混合物を可塑化し、透明で微細に分散したヘテロ相構造を有するチューブラーインフレーションフィルム基材に成形する工程;及び
b.チューブラーインフレーションフィルムバブル中に50〜100℃の加圧された温水を含む固有の等方圧加圧温水延伸装置(specific isostatic pressurized hot water stretching unit)により、上記基材を同時二軸延伸して処理フィルムを生成する工程。
Claims (10)
- 非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法であって、
a.混合物を可塑化し、チューブラーインフレーションフィルム押出機により透明で微細に分散したヘテロ相構造を有するチューブラーインフレーションフィルム基材に成形する工程;及び
b.内部に温水を含む固有の等方圧加圧温水延伸装置により、前記基材を同時二軸延伸して処理フィルムを生成する工程
を含む、非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記温水は、温度が50〜100℃の範囲である、請求項1に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸は、縦方向の延伸百分率が150〜500%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸は、横方向の延伸百分率が150〜500%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸は、全てのフィルム用途及び形態において、縦方向の延伸百分率に対する横方向の延伸百分率の比が0.7〜1.2の範囲である、請求項1に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸は、フィルムがミシン目の付いたロールの形態で用いられる場合に、前記縦方向の延伸百分率に対する前記横方向の延伸百分率の比が、1.0〜1.2の範囲である、請求項1に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記処理フィルムは、前記二軸延伸後の孔容積が、前記フィルムの全体積の30〜60%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記処理フィルムは、積層法により他の機能的な基材上に積層又は接着されており、接着面積が1〜40%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記積層法は、メルトラミネーション、接着ラミネーション又はそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項8に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記積層法は、配列された離散パターンを提供する、請求項8に記載の非抽出性で繊維を含まない食用油除去フィルムの製造方法。
