Description
透明樹脂としては、エポキシ樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、ユリア樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、塩化ビニル樹脂、ポリスチレン、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン共重合体、アクリル樹脂、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリカーボネート、メラミン樹脂等を主成分とするものを用いることができる。なかでも、熱による変色が少なく、光に対する安定性が高い点から、エポキシ樹脂を主成分とするものが好ましい。
透明樹脂としてエポキシ樹脂を主成分とするものを用いる場合に、用いられる硬化剤としては、例えば、酸無水物系硬化剤、フェノール系硬化剤等があげられる。透明樹脂として、エポキシ樹脂以外のものを主成分とするものを用いる場合には、これらの硬化剤を必ずしも用いなくてもよい。
透明樹脂としてエポキシ樹脂を主成分とするものを用いる場合、上記硬化剤とともに用いられる硬化促進剤としては、例えば、以下のものがあげられる。ただし、透明樹脂として、エポキシ樹脂以外のものを主成分とするものを用いる場合には、これらの硬化促進剤を必ずしも用いなくてもよい。硬化促進剤としては、例えば、1−ベンジル−2−メチルイミダゾール、1−ベンジル−2−フェニルイミダゾール、2−エチル−4−メチルイミダゾール、2−メチルイミダゾール、2,4−ジアミノ−6−〔2′−メチルイミダゾリル−(1′)〕−エチル−s−トリアジン、2,4−ジアミノ−6−〔2′−ウンデシルイミダゾリル−(1′)〕−エチル−s−トリアジン、2−ウンデシルイミダゾール、3−ヘプタデシルイミダゾール、2−フェニルイミダゾール、2−フェニルイミダゾリン、1−ベンジル−2−メチルイミダゾール、1−ベンジル−2−フェニルイミダゾール、1,2−ジメチルイミダゾール、1−シアノエチル−2−メチルイミダゾール、1−シアノエチル−2−エチル−4−メチルイミダゾール、1−シアノエチル−2−ウンデシルイミダゾール等のイミダゾール類、トリメチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、ジメチルエチルアミン、N−メチルピペラジン、N−アミノエチルピペラジン、N,N−ジメチルアミノシクロヘキサン、N,N−ジメチルシクロヘキシルアミン、N,N−ジメチルアミノベンゼン、N,N−ジメチルベンジルアミン、1,8−ジアザビシクロ〔5.4.0〕ウンデセン−7、1,5−ジアザビシクロ〔4.3.0〕ノネン−5等の3級アミン類、トリフェニルホスフィン、トリベンジルホスフィン、トリブチルホスフィン等のリン系化合物等があげられる。さらに、上記イミダゾール類、3級アミン類、リン系化合物のオニウム塩、金属塩、およびこれらの誘導体等があげられる。これらは単独でもしくは2種以上併せて用いられる。これら硬化促進剤の中でも、イミダゾール類を用いることが好ましい。
上記透明樹脂とともに用いられる光吸収剤としては、例えば、染料(有機、無機)、顔料(有機、無機)等があげられる。なかでも、Lidarの精度をより高めることができる点から、通常、粒子の表面で光を乱反射する顔料より、このようなことの少ない染料を用いることが好ましい。これらの光吸収剤は単独で、または、二つ以上を組合せて用いることができる。

後記の表1に示す各成分を同表に示す割合にて配合し、溶融混合することにより目的とする樹脂組成物を作製した。すなわち、実施例1〜3および比較例1については、予め光吸収剤を有機溶剤(アセトン)に配合した後、この配合物を残りの他の配合成分と混合することにより樹脂組成物を作製した。なお、有機溶剤としてのアセトンは、混合時に略全量が揮散除去された。
Claims (6)
- 透明樹脂と、光吸収剤とを有するLidar用選択波長吸収樹脂組成物であって、上記透明樹脂がエポキシ樹脂を主成分とし、かつ、エポキシ樹脂を2種以上併用し、上記エポキシ樹脂の少なくとも1種が多官能エポキシ樹脂であり、上記樹脂組成物の厚み1mmに成形した硬化体が、波長380nm以上700nm以下の範囲の平均光透過率が40%以下であり、Lidarで使用するレーザ光の波長における光透過率が80%以上であり、上記Lidarで使用するレーザ光の波長が、850nm以上950nm以下の範囲および1500nm以上1600nm以下の範囲の少なくとも一方であることを特徴とするLidar用選択波長吸収樹脂組成物。
- 光吸収剤の含有量が、樹脂組成物全体の0.001質量%以上10質量%以下に設定されている請求項1記載のLidar用選択波長吸収樹脂組成物。
- 光吸収剤として、染料および顔料の少なくとも一方を用いる請求項1または2記載のLidar用選択波長吸収樹脂組成物。
- 光吸収剤として、複数の染料を組み合わせて用いる請求項1または2記載のLidar用選択波長吸収樹脂組成物。
- 上記Lidarで使用するレーザ光の波長が、850nm以上950nm以下の範囲および1500nm以上1600nm以下の範囲のいずれも対象とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のLidar用選択波長吸収樹脂組成物。
- 透明樹脂と、硬化剤と、硬化促進剤と、光吸収剤とを有し、上記透明樹脂がエポキシ樹脂を主成分とし、かつ、エポキシ樹脂を2種以上併用し、上記エポキシ樹脂の少なくとも1種が多官能エポキシ樹脂であり、厚み1mmに成形した硬化体が、波長380nm以上700nm以下の範囲の平均光透過率が40%以下であり、Lidarで使用するレーザ光の波長における光透過率が80%以上であり、上記Lidarで使用するレーザ光の波長が、850nm以上950nm以下の範囲および1500nm以上1600nm以下の範囲の少なくとも一方であるLidar用選択波長吸収樹脂組成物を製造する方法であって、光吸収剤を溶媒に配合して配合物を作製する工程と、上記配合物に透明樹脂、硬化剤、硬化促進剤を含む残りの成分を配合する工程とを有することを特徴とするLidar用選択波長吸収樹脂組成物の製造方法。
