第一温度で第一期間にわたって、溶融硝酸カリウムを有する第一イオン交換浴中にイオン交換可能なガラス物品を置く工程と、
前記第一イオン交換浴から前記イオン交換可能なガラス物品を除去する工程と、
第二温度で第二期間にわたって、溶融銅塩を有する第二イオン交換浴中にイオン交換可能なガラス物品を置く工程と、
前記第二イオン交換浴から前記イオン交換可能なガラス物品を除去する工程と、
第三温度で前記第二期間よりも長い第三期間にわたって、溶融銀塩を有する第三イオン交換浴中にイオン交換可能なガラス物品を置く工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。 - 前記第一期間が1時間より長く、前記第二期間が30分より短く、前記第三期間が30分より短い、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記第一、第二及び第三温度がそれぞれ350℃〜500℃である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記溶融銅塩が、少なくとも一つの塩化銅(CuCl2)、硫酸銅(CuSO4)及び硝酸銅(Cu(NO3)2)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記第二イオン交換浴は、溶融硝酸カリウムを更に含み、
前記第二イオン交換浴中の溶融銅塩の量が1〜2wt%の範囲内であり、
前記第二イオン交換浴中の溶融硝酸カリウムの量が98〜99wt%の範囲内である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。 - 前記溶融銀塩が溶融硝酸銀(AgNO3)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記第三イオン交換浴は、溶融硝酸カリウムを更に含み、
前記第三イオン交換浴中の溶融銀塩の量が0.01〜1.0wt%の範囲内であり、
前記第三イオン交換浴中の溶融硝酸カリウムの量が99.0〜99.99wt%の範囲内である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。 - 前記第一イオン交換浴中に前記イオン交換可能なガラス物品を置く前に、前記イオン交換可能なガラス物品を300℃より高い温度に加熱する工程と、
前記第三イオン交換浴中に前記イオン交換可能なガラス物品を置いた後、加熱炉内のイオン交換可能なガラス物品を100℃未満の温度に冷却する工程と、を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。 - 溶融硝酸カリウムを含む第一イオン交換浴中に第一温度で第一期間にわたってガラス物品を置く工程と、
第二温度で第二期間にわたって、溶融銅塩を含む第二イオン交換浴中にガラス物品を置く工程と、 第三温度で第三期間にわたって、溶融銀塩を含む第三イオン交換浴中にガラス物品を置く工程であって、前記第一期間は前記第二期間及び前記第三期間より長い工程と、を含む、ことを特徴とする抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。 - 前記第一期間が1時間より長く、前記第二期間及び前記第三期間のそれぞれが30分より短い、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記第一温度は前記第二温度よりも高く、前記第二温度は前記第三温度よりも高い、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記溶融銅塩が、少なくとも一つの塩化銅(CuCl2)、硫酸銅(CuSO4)及び硝酸銅(Cu(NO3)2)を含み、
前記第二イオン交換浴は、溶融硝酸カリウムを更に含み、
前記第二イオン交換浴中の溶融銅塩の量が1〜2wt%の範囲内であり、
前記第二イオン交換浴中の溶融硝酸カリウムの量が98〜99wt%の範囲内である、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。 - 前記溶融銀塩が溶融硝酸銀(AgNO3)を含み、
前記第三イオン交換浴は、溶融硝酸カリウムを更に含み、
前記第三イオン交換浴中の溶融銀塩の量が0.01〜1.0wt%の範囲内であり、前記第三イオン交換浴中の溶融硝酸カリウムの量が99.0〜99.99wt%の範囲内である、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の抗菌ガラス物品の製造方法。
