また、図2によれば、前記金属層の表面に、前記突出部が前記金属層の表面から押し出される形態で備えられてもよく、前記突出部は前記エッチング溝から遠くなるように突出する形態で備えられてもよい。
下記の表1のような条件の2種類のパルスレーザを1.5T厚さのアルミニウム基板の表面に互いに直交するように二重照射して格子構造になるようにエッチングした。この時、エッチング溝と、エッチング時に発生する突出部が前記エッチング溝の周辺部に沿って互いに連結されて、内部に空間を作るフェンスの形態に形成された。
下記の表3のような条件の2種類のパルスレーザを1.5T厚さのアルミニウム基板の表面に互いに直交するように二重照射して格子構造になるようにエッチングした。この時、エッチング溝と、エッチング時に発生する突出部が前記エッチング溝の周辺部に沿って互いに連結されて、内部に空間を作るフェンスの形態に形成された。
下記の表5のような条件の5種類のパルスレーザを1.5T厚さのアルミニウム基板の表面に照射して線形構造と格子構造の2種類の構造になるようにエッチングした。この時、エッチング溝と、エッチング時に発生する突出部が前記エッチング溝の周辺部に沿って互いに連結されて、内部に空間を作るフェンスの形態に形成された。
下記の表7のような条件の4種類のパルスレーザを1.5T厚さのアルミニウム基板の表面に互いに直交するように二重照射して格子構造になるようにエッチングした。この時、エッチング溝と、エッチング時に発生する突出部が前記エッチング溝の周辺部に沿って互いに連結されて、内部に空間を作るフェンスの形態に形成された。
このように製造された異種材料接合体のエッチング溝の深さ、エッチング溝の入口幅、前記エッチング溝の深さとエッチング溝の入口幅の比(長径比)、突出部の長さおよび接合力(せん断引張強度)を前述したような方法により測定し、その結果を下記の表8に示す。
1064nmの波長において35Wの出力で約35μmの焦点大きさを有するパルスレーザを、1.5T厚さのアルミニウム基板の表面に200mm/sの速度、50kHzの繰り返し数の条件で照射し、下記の表9のようなエッチング溝の深さ、突出部の高さ、突出部の長さおよびエッチング間隔を有するようにエッチングした。

前記突出部は前記金属層の表面に対して鋭角をなして備えられ、
前記樹脂層は前記エッチング溝の内部、前記金属層の表面および前記突出部の間に満たされて前記金属層に固定されたものであり、
前記エッチング溝の入口幅に対する前記エッチング溝の深さの比は1:3〜1:14であり、

前記第1レーザは、20W以上200W以下の出力、30kHz以上600kHz以下の繰り返し数、100mm/s以上1,000mm/s以下の走査速度、1回以上10回以下の照射回数、15ns以上220ns以下のパルス幅、15μm以上50μm以下のスポット大きさ、1.5kW以上6kW以下の尖頭出力、および0.1mJ以上2mJ以下のパルスエネルギーで照射されるものである、請求項7に記載の異種材料接合体の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂層形成ステップは、前記エッチングされた金属層の表面、前記エッチング溝および前記突出部の各々に樹脂を供給して行われることである、請求項7または8に記載の異種材料接合体の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層形成ステップは、前記エッチングされた金属層の一面上に前記樹脂層が備えられた異種材料積層体を準備し、前記異種材料積層体に第2レーザを照射して行われることであり、
前記第2レーザは、近赤外線領域の波長、50W以上2,000W以下の出力、100μm以上5,000μm以下のスポット大きさ、10mm/s以上1,000mm/s以下の走査速度、および1回以上50回以下の照射回数で照射されるものである、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の異種材料接合体の製造方法。 - 前記第2レーザは、前記樹脂層から前記金属層の方向に、前記樹脂層に接する前記金属層の表面に焦点を合わせて、前記樹脂層を透過して照射されるものである、請求項10に記載の異種材料接合体の製造方法。
- 前記第2レーザは、前記金属層から前記樹脂層の方向に、前記樹脂層に接する前記金属層の表面の他側表面に焦点を合わせて照射されるものである、請求項10に記載の異種材料接合体の製造方法。
