既知のアルミニウム合金の不利な点は、付加製造技術の方式を用いて部品を製造する過程で焼失する高い亜鉛含有量(4〜10重量%)であり、さらに高い機械的性質を達成するために焼入れ操作が必要であるため、部品の処理時間が長くなる。

アルミニウム粉末は次のように得られた。スカンジウムとジルコニウムの合金要素をGOST11069に従ってA7以上の溶融アルミニウムに850〜950℃の温度で添加し、なお溶融物の740℃以下の過冷却を避けるために合金要素をバッチ式(数回に分けて)で添加し、スカンジウムとジルコニウムを溶かすと、カルシウムの合金要素を添加する。
実施例1の上記粉末から、ビレットの製造を選択的レーザー溶融法により実施した。
Dモデル(たとえば、図2に示す機械的テストを実行するためのサンプル)を作成し、それをSTL形式で保存する。次に、最終ファイルを機械にアップロードする。特別なソフトウェアパッケージを使用して、3Dモデルを層に分ける。(個々の層の厚さは30μm)この層は金属粉末の製品が積層される。

Claims (6)
- 850〜950℃の温度でアルミニウム溶融物にスカンジウムとジルコニウム合金要素を、750℃以下の溶融物の冷却を防ぐために、バッチで添加し、スカンジウムが溶解した後、カルシウムを添加し、次にマグネシウムを添加し、噴霧前の溶融物の組成を以下の成分比(重量%)に制御しながら、溶融物に窒素と酸素の混合物またはアルゴンと酸素の混合物を噴霧してアルミニウム粉末を製造する、という特徴とするアルミニウム基合金からアルミニウム粉末を製造する方法。
マグネシウム:4.0〜6.5
ジルコニウム:0.5〜1.0
スカンジウム:0.2〜0.6
カルシウム:0.005〜0.2
残部:Al及び不可避不純物。 - 溶融物への混合物の噴霧が、合金の液相線温度より160〜250℃高い温度で、0.2〜1.0重量%の酸素含有量で行われる、請求項1記載の方法。
- スカンジウムの含有量が少なく、さらに以下の成分の割合(重量%)で酸素およびカルシウムを含有することを特徴とする、アルミニウム粉末を噴霧して付加製造技術を使用して部品を製造するための、マグネシウム、ジルコニウムおよびスカンジウムを含有するアルミニウム基合金。
マグネシウム:4.0〜6.5
ジルコニウム:0.5〜1.0
スカンジウム:0.2〜0.6
酸素:0.001〜0.2
カルシウム:0.005〜0.2
残部:Al及び不可避不純物。 - 粒径が20〜150μmの範囲の粒子を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法によって製造された球状粉末。
- 粒径が20〜150μmの範囲の粒子を有する、請求項3に記載の合金から製造された球状粉末。
- 選択的レーザー溶融法または電子ビーム溶融法を使用して製造された、請求項4または請求項5に記載の球状粉末から製造された部品。
