Claims (8)
- 非空気入りタイヤであって、
剛性中央環状部分と、
前記剛性中央環状部分の近くに円周方向に配置された環状剪断バンドと、
前記環状剪断バンドと前記剛性中央環状部分との間に配置された1つ以上の変形可能なスポークと、
前記非空気入りタイヤの周りに環状に延在する、前記非空気入りタイヤの外側の地面係合側を画定するトレッドであって、前記トレッドが、長さ、前記トレッドの前記外側の地面係合側から底部側に半径方向内方に延在する厚さ、および前記トレッドの一対の対向する側面の間に横方向に延在する幅を有し、前記幅が、前記トレッド厚さの方向および前記トレッド長さの方向を横断して延在する、トレッドと、
前記トレッドの前記外側の地面係合側に沿って配置された複数のトレッド要素であって、前記複数のトレッド要素が、長手方向溝によって離間された少なくとも一対のトレッド要素を含み、前記長手方向溝が、主に前記トレッド長さの前記方向に延在する、複数のトレッド要素と、
前記非空気入りタイヤの周りの円周方向および前記トレッド幅の方向に延在する1つ以上の変位した補強層であって、前記1つ以上の変位した補強層が、前記環状剪断バンド内に配置されており、前記長手方向溝が、前記1つ以上の変位した補強層のうちの少なくとも1つを軸方向に分離する、1つ以上の変位した補強層と、
前記非空気入りタイヤの周りの円周方向および前記トレッド幅の前記方向に延在する1つ以上の非変位の補強層と、を備え、前記1つ以上の非変位の補強層が、前記環状剪断バンド内に配置されており、前記1つ以上の変位した補強層が、前記トレッドと前記1つ以上の非変位の補強層との間に配置されている、非空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記長手方向溝が、主に前記トレッド厚さの前記方向に延在する深さを有し、さらに、前記長手方向溝の前記深さが、前記複数のトレッド要素のうちの隣接するトレッド要素の最大厚さより大きく、前記隣接するトレッド要素の前記最大厚さが、前記トレッド要素の下の前記環状剪断バンドの最も外側の半径の点から、前記隣接するトレッド要素に関連付けられた前記トレッドの前記外側の地面係合側まで測定される、請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記長手方向溝の前記深さが、前記複数のトレッド要素のうちの前記隣接するトレッド要素の前記最大厚さの少なくとも125%に等しい、請求項2に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記1つ以上の変位した補強層が、前記トレッド厚さの前記方向に積重配置で複数の変位した補強層を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記1つ以上の変位した補強層および前記1つ以上の非変位の補強層が、前記トレッド幅の前記方向に直線状にまたはアーチ状経路に沿って延在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 2つ以上の追加の変位した補強層が、前記積重配置を形成する、請求項4に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記1つ以上の非変位の補強層の追加の補強層の各々が連続的である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記複数のトレッド要素が、横方向溝によって離間された少なくとも一対のトレッド要素を含み、前記横方向溝が、主に前記トレッド幅の前記方向に延在する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
