Claims (6)
- 薬液が供給される反応容器と、
前記反応容器から排出された廃液を貯留する廃液タンクと、
を備え、
前記反応容器と前記廃液タンクとの間には、廃液配管を通じて前記廃液タンクよりも容量の小さい中間容器が設けられ、この中間容器の圧力が調節されることにより、前記反応容器に供給される流量、及び、前記反応容器から排出される流量が調節されることを特徴とする薬液合成装置。 - 前記中間容器には、この中間容器の圧力を調節する圧力調整器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬液合成装置。
- 前記中間容器には、圧力調整量が異なる複数の前記圧力調整器が設けられており、これらの圧力調整器が切り替えられることにより、選択された一の圧力調整器により、前記中間容器の圧力が調節されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薬液合成装置。
- 前記中間容器と前記廃液タンクとを連結する配管に設けられる廃液開閉バルブが設けられ、この廃液開閉バルブと前記圧力調整器とが選択的に切り替えられることにより、前記中間容器の圧力が、前記廃液タンクと同じ圧力、又は、前記圧力調整器で調整される圧力に調節されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の薬液合成装置。
- 前記反応容器に供給する薬液が貯留される薬液タンクが設けられており、この薬液タンクを加圧するためのガスを供給するガス供給配管には、このガス供給配管の圧力を調整する減圧弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の薬液合成装置。
- 前記中間容器は、前記反応容器の容量よりも大きい容量を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の薬液合成装置。
