Claims (4)
- 複数種類の薬液をそれぞれ収容する収容容器と、
前記収容容器それぞれに接続され、前記収容容器から供給された薬液を計量する計量部と、
前記計量部に接続され、前記計量部で計量された薬液を収容し化学合成させる反応容器と、
を備え、
前記計量部には、薬液を収容する計量容器が複数設けられ、
前記計量容器と前記反応容器とが送液配管で接続されており、一の前記計量容器で計量された薬液と、他の前記計量容器で計量された薬液とが、前記送液配管が合流する共通送液配管で送液されることによりそれぞれの薬液が前記共通送液配管で混合可能に形成されており、
前記共通送液配管には、ガスを供給するガス供給部が接続されており、前記計量容器で計量された薬液間に前記ガス供給部から供給されたガスを介在させることにより、前記共通送液配管内で薬液を間欠的に送液させることを特徴とする薬液合成装置。 - 複数種類の薬液をそれぞれ収容する収容容器と、
前記収容容器それぞれに接続され、前記収容容器から供給された薬液を計量する計量部と、
前記計量部に接続され、前記計量部で計量された薬液を収容し化学合成させる反応容器と、
を備え、
前記計量部には、薬液を収容する計量容器が複数設けられ、
前記計量容器と前記反応容器とが送液配管で接続されており、一の前記計量容器で計量された薬液と、他の前記計量容器で計量された薬液とが、前記送液配管が合流する共通送液配管で送液されることによりそれぞれの薬液が前記共通送液配管で混合可能に形成されており、
前記共通送液配管には、前記計量容器に接続されるそれぞれの前記送液配管と、ガスを供給するガス供給部に接続されるガス配管とが、バルブを介して接続されており、前記バルブを切り替えるタイミングを調節することにより前記共通送液配管に薬液を間欠的に送液させるとともに、その間欠的に送液される薬液量が調節されることを特徴とする薬液合成装置。 - 前記計量部は、前記収容容器に収容された薬液の重量を計測する計量器が設けられており、複数の前記収容容器に収容された薬液が1つの共通の計量器で計測されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の薬液合成装置。
- 前記一の計量容器には、特定の薬液を貯留する収容容器に接続される薬液送液配管が接続されており、他の計量容器には、前記特定の薬液を収容する収容容器以外の収容容器に接続される薬液送液配管が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の薬液合成装置。
