Description
最初に図1〜図5を参照して、本発明の第一実施形態について説明する。
図1は、本発明の第一実施形態に係る自動変速機の制御装置と、制御装置が適用される自動変速機とを概略的に示す図である。自動変速機1及び内燃機関10は車両に設けられ、自動変速機1は内燃機関10の出力を車両の車輪に伝達する。内燃機関10は例えばガソリンエンジン又はディーゼルエンジンである。
車両には電子制御ユニット(ECU)40が設けられる。ECU40は、自動変速機1を制御する電子制御装置である。ECU40は、読み出し専用メモリ(ROM)及びランダムアクセスメモリ(RAM)のようなメモリ、中央演算装置(CPU)、入力ポート、出力ポート、通信モジュール等を備える。本実施形態では、一つのECU40が設けられているが、機能毎に複数のECUが設けられていてもよい。本実施形態では、ECU40は係合要素制御部41及び減速度算出部42として機能する。
以下、図5のフローチャートを参照して、自動変速機1内の作動油を昇温させる制御について説明する。図5は、本発明の第一実施形態における作動油昇温処理の制御ルーチンを示すフローチャートである。本制御ルーチンは、車両のイグニッションスイッチがオンにされた後、ECU40によって繰り返し実行される。
第二実施形態に係る自動変速機の制御装置は、以下に説明する点を除いて、基本的に第一実施形態に係る自動変速機の制御装置の構成及び制御と同様である。このため、以下、本発明の第二実施形態について、第一実施形態と異なる部分を中心に説明する。
図7は、本発明の第二実施形態における作動油昇温処理の制御ルーチンを示すフローチャートである。本制御ルーチンは、車両のイグニッションスイッチがオンにされた後、ECU40によって繰り返し実行される。
第三実施形態に係る自動変速機の制御装置は、以下に説明する点を除いて、基本的に第一実施形態に係る自動変速機の制御装置の構成及び制御と同様である。このため、以下、本発明の第三実施形態について、第一実施形態と異なる部分を中心に説明する。
図9は、本発明の第三実施形態における作動油昇温処理の制御ルーチンを示すフローチャートである。本制御ルーチンは、車両のイグニッションスイッチがオンにされた後、EECU40によって繰り返し実行される。

Claims (10)
- 複数の係合要素を備えた変速機構と、該変速機構に作動油を供給する作動油供給装置とを備えた自動変速機を制御する、自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記作動油供給装置を用いて前記複数の係合要素を係合状態と解放状態との間で変化させる係合要素制御部と、
前記自動変速機が設けられた車両の目標減速度を算出する減速度算出部と
を備え、
前記係合要素制御部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに前記目標減速度が所定値以上である場合に、前記車両が減速するように解放状態の前記係合要素をスリップさせ、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに前記目標減速度が所定値未満である場合に、前記係合要素の状態を変化させることによって前記変速機構の出力軸の回転数が低下しないように前記係合要素の状態を変化させる、自動変速機の制御装置。 - 複数の係合要素を備えた変速機構と、該変速機構に作動油を供給する作動油供給装置とを備えた自動変速機を制御する、自動変速機の制御装置であって、

前記係合要素制御部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに、前記目標減速度が所定値以上であり且つ前記係合要素の周囲の作動油の温度が所定値以下である場合に、前記車両が減速するように解放状態の前記係合要素をスリップさせる、自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記係合要素制御部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに、前記目標減速度が所定値未満であり且つ前記係合要素の周囲の作動油の温度が所定値以下である場合に、前記係合要素の状態を変化させることによって前記変速機構の出力軸の回転数が低下しないように前記係合要素の状態を変化させる、請求項2に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。
- 前記自動変速機内の作動油を昇温させる昇温実行部を更に備え、
前記昇温実行部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに前記係合要素の周囲の作動油の温度が所定値よりも高い場合に、前記係合要素の状態を変化させることなく前記自動変速機内の作動油を昇温させる、請求項2又は3に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。 - 複数の係合要素を備えた変速機構と、該変速機構に作動油を供給する作動油供給装置とを備えた自動変速機を制御する、自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記作動油供給装置を用いて前記複数の係合要素を係合状態と解放状態との間で変化させる係合要素制御部と、
前記自動変速機が設けられた車両の目標減速度を算出する減速度算出部と、
前記係合要素の摩耗度を算出する摩耗算出部と
を備え、
前記係合要素制御部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに、前記目標減速度が所定値以上であり且つ前記係合要素の摩耗度が所定値以下である場合に、前記車両が減速するように解放状態の前記係合要素をスリップさせる、自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記係合要素制御部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに、前記目標減速度が所定値未満であり且つ前記係合要素の摩耗度が所定値以下である場合に、前記係合要素の状態を変化させることによって前記変速機構の出力軸の回転数が低下しないように前記係合要素の状態を変化させる、請求項5に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。
- 前記自動変速機内の作動油を昇温させる昇温実行部を更に備え、
前記昇温実行部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに前記係合要素の摩耗度が所定値よりも大きい場合に、前記係合要素の状態を変化させることなく前記自動変速機内の作動油を昇温させる、請求項5又は6に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。 - 複数の係合要素を備えた変速機構と、該変速機構に作動油を供給する作動油供給装置とを備えた自動変速機を制御する、自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記作動油供給装置を用いて前記複数の係合要素を係合状態と解放状態との間で変化させる係合要素制御部と、
前記自動変速機が設けられた車両の目標減速度を算出する減速度算出部と、
前記係合要素の周囲の作動油の温度を算出する油温算出部と、
前記係合要素の摩耗度を算出する摩耗算出部と
を備え、
前記係合要素制御部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに、前記目標減速度が所定値以上であり、前記係合要素の周囲の作動油の温度が所定値以下であり且つ前記係合要素の摩耗度が所定値以下である場合に、前記車両が減速するように解放状態の前記係合要素をスリップさせる、自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記係合要素制御部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに、前記目標減速度が所定値未満であり、前記係合要素の周囲の作動油の温度が所定値以下であり且つ前記係合要素の摩耗度が所定値以下である場合に、前記係合要素の状態を変化させることによって前記変速機構の出力軸の回転数が低下しないように前記係合要素の状態を変化させる、請求項8に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。
- 前記自動変速機内の作動油を昇温させる昇温実行部を更に備え、
前記昇温実行部は、前記自動変速機内の作動油の昇温が要求されたときに、前記係合要素の周囲の作動油の温度が所定値よりも高い場合又は前記係合要素の摩耗度が所定値よりも大きい場合に、前記係合要素の状態を変化させることなく前記自動変速機内の作動油を昇温させる、請求項8又は9に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。
