Claims (7)
- 板状の積層体を製造する積層体の製造方法であって、
炭素繊維を含む複数層のシート材を形成するシート材形成工程と、
金属板における前記シート材を接合する接合面にプラズマ処理を施す金属板側プラズマ処理工程と、
前記シート材を、熱圧着により、前記金属板の前記接合面に接合する接合工程とを有し、
前記シート材形成工程では、炭素繊維シートと熱可塑性樹脂シートとを交互に積層させたものを両面側から熱圧着することにより、シート材を成形する
ことを特徴とする積層体の製造方法。 - 前記プラズマ処理工程では、真空プラズマによるプラズマ照射を行うことで、前記金属板の両面側にプラズマ処理を施し、
前記接合工程では、前記金属板の両面側に、前記シート材を熱圧着する
請求項1に記載の積層体の製造方法。 - 前記接合工程は、前記金属板3と前記シート材2とを熱圧着する際の温度は、シート材2を形成する際に前記炭素繊維シートと熱可塑性樹脂シートとを熱圧着させる際の温度よりも低い温度とした
請求項1又は2に記載の積層体の製造方法。 - 前記シート材形成工程では、前記シート材における金属板との接合面側には、熱可塑性樹脂シートを配置する
請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の積層体の製造方法。 - 前記シート材の前記金属板に接合される接合面にもプラズマ処理を施すシート材側プラズマ処理工程を有する
請求項4に記載の積層体の製造方法。 - 前記シート材形成工程では、炭素繊維シートの熱可塑性樹脂シートとの接合面側にプラズマ処理を施す
請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の積層体の製造方法。 - 前記接合工程は、前記金属板のみを熱圧着が可能となる温度まで加熱して行う
請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の積層体の製造方法。
