Abstract
厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材11同士を締結する複合材の締結装置20であって、強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピン12が使用されており、複合材11を挟んで、厚さ方向の両側に設けられる一対のヘッド21と、一対のヘッド21により挟まれた複合材11を加熱して溶融させる加熱部25と、一方のヘッド21bに設けられ、加熱部25により溶融した複合材11の溶融部に対して、ピン12を厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち部28と、を備え、ピン打ち部28は、一方のヘッド21bから他方のヘッド21aへ向けてピン12を打ち込むことで、ピン12の他方側の端部を他方のヘッド21aに当接させて変形させ、変形させたピン12の他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部12bとして形成する。
Description
本発明は、複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結装置、複合材の締結方法及び複合構造体に関するものである。
従来、複合材積層構造物の厚さ方向にピンを差し込んで層間性能を補強したり、複数の積層部材を連結したりする装置が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。この装置で用いられるピンは、複合材積層構造物の厚さに合わせた長さとなっており、このピンの抜け落ちを防止するために、複合材積層構造物の下面にフィルムが付着されている。
特許文献1の装置では、ピンが複合材積層構造物の厚さに合わせた長さとなっていることから、ピンの抜け落ちを防止するためには、複合材積層構造物の下面にフィルムを付着する必要があり、作業が煩雑となってしまう。また、一般的に、ピンは、強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させて成形されたものであることから、ピンを折り曲げることができず、ピンに抜け止め部を形成することが困難であった。
そこで、本発明は、複合材同士の締結をより強固なものとすることができる複合材の締結装置、複合材の締結方法及び複合構造体を提供することを課題とする。
本発明の複合材の締結装置は、厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結装置であって、強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピンが使用されており、前記複合材を挟んで、前記厚さ方向の両側に設けられる一対のヘッドと、一対の前記ヘッドにより挟まれた前記複合材を加熱して溶融させる加熱部と、一方の前記ヘッドに設けられ、前記加熱部により溶融した前記複合材の溶融部に対して、前記ピンを前記厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち部と、を備え、前記ピン打ち部は、一方の前記ヘッドから他方の前記ヘッドへ向けて前記ピンを打ち込むことで、前記ピンの他方側の端部を他方の前記ヘッドに当接させて変形させ、変形させた前記ピンの他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする。
また、本発明の複合材の締結方法は、厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結方法であって、強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピンが使用されており、前記厚さ方向の両側から、一対のヘッドにより前記複合材を挟み込む挟持工程と、一対の前記ヘッドにより挟まれた前記複合材を加熱して溶融させる加熱工程と、溶融した前記複合材の溶融部に対して、前記ピンを前記厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち工程と、を備え、前記ピン打ち工程では、一方の前記ヘッドから他方の前記ヘッドへ向けて前記ピンを打ち込むことで、前記ピンの他方側の端部を他方の前記ヘッドに当接させて変形させ、変形させた前記ピンの他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする。
この構成によれば、加熱されることによって溶融した複合材の溶融部にピンを打ち込み、ピンの他方側の端部を他方側のヘッドに当接させて変形させることで、ピンに他方側抜け止め部を形成することができる。このため、他方側抜け止め部によりピンが複合材から抜けにくくなるため、ピンによる複合材同士の締結をより強固なものにすることができる。なお、他方側抜け止め部は、ピンの他方側の端部を一方向に折り曲げて変形させることで形成してもよいし、ピンの他方側の端部を放射方向に拡がるように変形させることで形成してもよい。
また、他方の前記ヘッドは、前記ピンが当接する当接面に形成され、前記ピンの他方側の端部を所定の方向に曲げる曲げガイドを有することが、好ましい。
この構成によれば、他方のヘッドの当接面にピンを当接させることで、曲げガイドに沿って打ち込まれるピンの他方側の端部を、好適に所定の方向に曲げることができる。
本発明の他の複合材の締結装置は、厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結装置であって、強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピンが使用されており、前記複合材を挟んで、前記厚さ方向の両側に設けられる一対のヘッドと、一対の前記ヘッドにより挟まれた前記複合材を加熱して溶融させる加熱部と、一方の前記ヘッドに設けられ、前記加熱部により溶融した前記複合材の溶融部に対して、前記ピンを前記厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち部と、を備え、前記ピン打ち部は、一方の前記ヘッドから他方の前記ヘッドへ向けて前記ピンを打ち込むことで、前記ピンの他方側の端部を前記複合材の内部で変形させ、変形させた前記ピンの他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする。
また、本発明の他の複合材の締結方法は、厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結方法であって、強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピンが使用されており、前記厚さ方向の両側から、一対のヘッドにより前記複合材を挟み込む挟持工程と、一対の前記ヘッドにより挟まれた前記複合材を加熱して溶融させる加熱工程と、溶融した前記複合材の溶融部に対して、前記ピンを前記厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち工程と、を備え、前記ピン打ち工程では、一方の前記ヘッドから他方の前記ヘッドへ向けて前記ピンを打ち込むことで、前記ピンの他方側の端部を前記複合材の内部で変形させ、変形させた前記ピンの他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする。
この構成によれば、加熱されることによって溶融した複合材の溶融部にピンを打ち込み、ピンの他方側の端部を複合材の内部において変形させることで、ピンに他方側抜け止め部を形成することができる。このため、他方側抜け止め部によりピンが複合材から抜けにくくなるため、ピンによる複合材同士の締結をより強固なものにすることができる。なお、他方側抜け止め部は、複合材の内部で折り曲がることによりアンカー効果を発揮可能な形状とすることがよい。
また、前記ピン打ち部は、前記ピンの一方側の端部を前記複合材から露出させて打ち込み、一方の前記ヘッドは、前記複合材から露出する前記ピンの一方側の端部が変形するように移動し、変形させた前記ピンの一方側の端部を、一方側抜け止め部として形成することが、好ましい。
この構成によれば、一方のヘッドを移動させ、ピンの一方側の端部を変形させることで、ピンに一方側抜け止め部を形成することができる。このため、一方側抜け止め部によりピンが複合材から抜けにくくなるため、ピンによる複合材同士の締結をさらに強固なものにすることができる。
また、前記ピンに含まれる前記樹脂及び前記複合材に含まれる樹脂は、熱可塑性樹脂及び熱硬化性樹脂の少なくとも一方を含むことが、好ましい。
この構成によれば、ピンの樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂で、複合材の樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂となるパターン、ピンの樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂で、複合材の樹脂が熱硬化性樹脂となるパターン、ピンの樹脂が熱硬化性樹脂で、複合材の樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂となるパターン、ピンの樹脂が熱硬化性樹脂で、複合材の樹脂が熱硬化性樹脂となるパターンの、4パターンがある。これらのパターンにおいて、加熱部によりピン及び複合材を適切に溶融させる加熱条件とすることで、複合材の溶融部におけるピンの打ち込みを好適に行うことができ、また、ピンの他方側抜け止め部の形成を好適に行うことができる。例えば、複合材の樹脂が熱硬化性樹脂である場合、所定の部位を熱硬化させる際にピンを打ち込むことで、熱硬化と同時に複合材の締結を行うことができる。
また、前記ピンに含まれる前記樹脂と、前記複合材に含まれる樹脂とは、同じ樹脂であることが、好ましい。
この構成によれば、複合材とピンとを好適に一体化させることができる。
本発明の複合構造体は、厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材と、強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形され、重ね合わされた前記複合材に打ち込まれることで、前記複合材同士を締結するピンと、を備え、前記ピンは、一方側の端部を変形させることで形成され、前記複合材からの前記ピンの抜け止めとなる一方側抜け止め部と、他方側の端部を変形させることで形成され、前記複合材からの前記ピンの抜け止めとなる他方側抜け止め部と、を有することを特徴とする。
この構成によれば、ピンによる複合材同士の締結が強固となる複合構造体を提供することができる。なお、他方側抜け止め部は、複合材の外部に形成されてもよいし、複合材の内部に形成されてもよい。
以下に、本発明に係る実施形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、この実施形態によりこの発明が限定されるものではない。また、下記実施形態における構成要素には、当業者が置換可能かつ容易なもの、あるいは実質的に同一のものが含まれる。さらに、以下に記載した構成要素は適宜組み合わせることが可能であり、また、実施形態が複数ある場合には、各実施形態を組み合わせることも可能である。
[実施形態1]
実施形態1に係る締結装置20は、厚さ方向に重ね合わせた複合材同士を、ピンを用いて締結するものである。図1は、実施形態1に係る複合構造体の模式図である。図2は、実施形態1に係る締結装置の模式図である。図3及び図4は、実施形態1に係る締結装置の動作を示す説明図である。先ず、実施形態1の締結装置20の説明に先立ち、図1を参照して、ピンにより複合材同士を締結した複合構造体10について説明する。
実施形態1に係る締結装置20は、厚さ方向に重ね合わせた複合材同士を、ピンを用いて締結するものである。図1は、実施形態1に係る複合構造体の模式図である。図2は、実施形態1に係る締結装置の模式図である。図3及び図4は、実施形態1に係る締結装置の動作を示す説明図である。先ず、実施形態1の締結装置20の説明に先立ち、図1を参照して、ピンにより複合材同士を締結した複合構造体10について説明する。
複合構造体10は、厚さ方向に重ね合わせた複数の複合材11と、複数の複合材11を締結するピン12とを備えている。なお、実施形態1では、複数の複合材11として、一対(2つ)の複合材11を重ね合わせているが、3つ以上の複合材11を重ね合わせてもよく、特に限定されない。
複合材11は、強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させたものであり、実施形態1では、板状に形成されている。強化繊維としては、例えば、炭素繊維が用いられるが、炭素繊維に限定されず、その他のプラスチック繊維、ガラス繊維、天然繊維又は金属繊維でもよい。また、樹脂としては、熱可塑性樹脂が用いられるが、加熱することにより溶融する樹脂であれば特に限定されず、熱硬化性樹脂を用いてもよい。熱可塑性樹脂としては、例えば、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、及びポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)等である。また、強化繊維基材に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた熱硬化プリプレグを用いてもよい。
また、一対の複合材11は、板面内において、厚さ方向に重複して設けられる。一対の複合材11が重ね合わされる面同士、つまり、一対の複合材11が厚さ方向において対向する面同士は、溶着されることで接合している。
ピン12は、強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させたものであり、棒状に形成されている。ピン12は、一対の複合材11が重ね合わされる重複部位に打ち込まれている。ピン12は、複合材11と同様の強化繊維及び樹脂を用いてもよいし、締結に適した強化繊維及び樹脂を用いてもよく、特に限定されない。また、ピン12に含まれる樹脂は、加熱することにより溶融する樹脂であればよい。このピン12は、一対の複合材11の重複部位に挿通される挿通部位12aと、他方側(図1の上側)の端部に形成される他方側抜け止め部12bと、一方側(図1の下側)の端部に形成される一方側抜け止め部12cとを有する。挿通部位12aは、複合材11の厚さ方向に沿って設けられる。他方側抜け止め部12bは、挿通部位12aに対して屈曲して設けられ、他方側の複合材11aの板面に沿って設けられる。一方側抜け止め部12cは、挿通部位12aに対して屈曲して設けられ、一方側の複合材11bの板面に沿って設けられる。また、他方側抜け止め部12bと一方側抜け止め部12cとが屈曲する方向は、挿通部位12aに対して相互に逆方向となっている。なお、実施形態1では、他方側抜け止め部12bと一方側抜け止め部12cとが屈曲する方向を逆方向としたが、屈曲する方向については特に限定されない。
上記の複合構造体10は、ピン12に他方側抜け止め部12b及び一方側抜け止め部12cが設けられていることから、ピン12が一対の複合材11から抜け落ちることを抑制し、ピン12による一対の複合材11の連結を強固なものとしている。
次に、図2を参照して、実施形態1に係る締結装置20について説明する。締結装置20は、一対のヘッド21と、加熱部25と、ピン打ち部28と、を備えている。
一対のヘッド21は、重ね合わされた一対の複合材11の重複部位を、厚さ方向の両側から挟み込んで配置される。一対のヘッド21は、例えば、鉛直方向の上側及び下側に設けられている。つまり、一対の複合材11は、上側のヘッド21aと下側のヘッド21bとの間に挟まれる。このため、一対の複合材11は、その厚さ方向が鉛直方向となる。
加熱部25は、一対のヘッド21により挟まれた一対の複合材11の重複部位を加熱することで、重複部位における樹脂を溶融させている。加熱部25は、一対のヘッド21の内部にそれぞれ設けられるヒータ25a,25bを含む構成となっている。つまり、上側のヘッド21aの内部に、ヒータ25aが設けられ、下側のヘッド21bの内部に、ヒータ25bが設けられる。なお、加熱部25は、一対の複合材11の重複部位を加熱する構成であれば、いずれの構成であってもよく、例えば、磁場加熱等を適用してもよい。
ピン打ち部28は、一対の複合材11の重複部位に対して、下側のヘッド21bから上側のヘッド21aへ向かって、ピン12を打ち込むものである。ピン打ち部28は、下側のヘッド21bの内部に設けられている。ピン打ち部28は、ピン12を複合材11へ向けて射出させるための複数の射出孔23を含んで構成されている。複数の射出孔23は、下側のヘッド21bの複合材に当接する当接面から、複合材11の厚さ方向を深さ方向として形成されている。そして、ピン打ち部28は、図示しない押出手段によりピン12を射出孔23から押し出すことで、ピン12を複合材11へ向けて射出する。
次に、図2から図4を参照して、締結装置20を用いて、厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結方法について説明する。先ず、図2に示すように、締結装置20は、一対のヘッド21により、重ね合わされた一対の複合材11の重複部位を、厚さ方向の両側から挟み込む(ステップS11:挟持工程)。この後、締結装置20は、加熱部25により一対のヘッド21を加熱することで、一対の複合材11の重複部位を加熱して溶融させる(ステップS12:加熱工程)。このため、一対の複合材11の重複部位は、溶融部となる。
続いて、締結装置20は、下側のヘッド21bに設けられるピン打ち部28により、複数の射出孔23から複数のピン12を射出する(ステップS13:ピン打ち工程)。射出されたピン12は、下側のヘッド21bから上側のヘッド21aへ向かって、一対の複合材11の重複部位に挿通される。重複部位を通過したピン12は、図3に示すように、その他方側の端部が、上側のヘッド21aに突き当たることで屈曲し、上側のヘッド21aの複合材11に当接する当接面に沿って変形する。そして、変形したピン12の他方側の端部は、他方側抜け止め部12bとして機能する。一方で、射出後のピン12は、その一方側の端部が、複合材11から露出し、射出孔23に格納された状態となる。締結装置20は、図4に示すように、下側のヘッド21bを、複合材11の板面に沿って、他方側抜け止め部12bが延在する方向とは反対側の方向へ移動させる。そして、下側のヘッド21bが移動することにより、ピン12の一方側の端部は、複合材11の板面に沿って屈曲し、一方側抜け止め部12cとして機能する。
以上のように、実施形態1によれば、加熱されることによって溶融した複合材11の重複部位にピン12を打ち込み、ピン12の他方側の端部を上側のヘッド21aに当接させて変形させることで、ピン12に他方側抜け止め部12bを形成することができる。このため、他方側抜け止め部12bによりピン12が複合材11から抜けにくくなるため、ピン12による複合材11同士の締結をより強固なものにすることができる。
また、実施形態1によれば、下側のヘッド21bを移動させ、ピン12の一方側の端部を変形させることで、ピン12に一方側抜け止め部12cを形成することができる。このため、一方側抜け止め部12cによりピン12が複合材11から抜けにくくなるため、ピン12による複合材11同士の締結をさらに強固なものにすることができる。
また、実施形態1によれば、ピン12に含まれる樹脂及び複合材11に含まれる樹脂を熱可塑性樹脂とすることで、加熱部25によりピン12及び複合材11を適切に溶融させることができる。このため、複合材11の重複部位(溶融部)におけるピン12の打ち込みを好適に行うことができ、また、ピン12の他方側抜け止め部12bの形成を好適に行うことができる。
また、実施形態1によれば、ピン12に含まれる樹脂と、複合材11に含まれる樹脂とを同じ樹脂とすることで、複合材11とピン12とを好適に一体化させることができる。
また、実施形態1によれば、他方側抜け止め部12b及び一方側抜け止め部12cが形成されたピン12により、一対の複合材11を強固に締結できるため、ピン12による複合材11同士の締結が強固となる複合構造体10を提供することができる。
なお、実施形態1では、ピン12の他方側の端部を上側のヘッド21aに当接させて変形させることで、ピン12に他方側抜け止め部12bを形成したが、ピン12の他方側の端部を上側のヘッド21aに当接させず、複合材11中に留めてもよい。この場合においても、ピン12による複合材11同士の締結を行うことができる。
[実施形態2]
次に、図5を参照して、実施形態2に係る締結装置30について説明する。なお、実施形態2では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図5は、実施形態2に係る締結装置のヘッドを示す模式図である。
次に、図5を参照して、実施形態2に係る締結装置30について説明する。なお、実施形態2では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図5は、実施形態2に係る締結装置のヘッドを示す模式図である。
実施形態2の締結装置30は、実施形態1の締結装置20の構成に加え、上側のヘッド21aの複合材11が当接する当接面に、ピン12を所定の方向に曲げる曲げガイド31が形成されている。
曲げガイド31は、上側のヘッド21aの当接面に対して窪んで形成される溝である。当接面の曲げガイド31に突き当たるピン12は、その他方側の端部が、所定の方向に屈曲する。
以上のように、実施形態2によれば、上側のヘッド21aの当接面にピン12を当接させることで、曲げガイド31に沿って打ち込まれるピン12の他方側の端部を、好適に所定の方向に曲げることができる。このため、ピン12の形状をコントロールし易いものにすることができる。
なお、実施形態2の曲げガイド31は、ピン12の他方側の端部を所定の方向に屈曲させる形状となっているが、この形状に特に限定されない。
[実施形態3]
次に、図6を参照して、実施形態3に係る複合構造体40について説明する。なお、実施形態3では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1及び2と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1及び2と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図6は、実施形態3に係る複合構造体の模式図である。
次に、図6を参照して、実施形態3に係る複合構造体40について説明する。なお、実施形態3では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1及び2と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1及び2と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図6は、実施形態3に係る複合構造体の模式図である。
実施形態3に係る複合構造体40は、ピン41の形状が、実施形態1のピン12の形状と異なっている。具体的に、ピン41は、一対の複合材11の重複部位に挿通される挿通部位41aと、他方側(図6の上側)の端部に形成される他方側抜け止め部41bと、一方側(図6の下側)の端部に形成される一方側抜け止め部41cとを有する。挿通部位41aは、実施形態1と同様に、複合材11の厚さ方向に沿って設けられる。他方側抜け止め部41bは、挿通部位12aを中心に、他方側の複合材11aの板面に沿って放射状に広がって設けられる。一方側抜け止め部41cは、他方側抜け止め部41bと同様に、挿通部位12aを中心に、一方側の複合材11bの板面に沿って放射状に広がって設けられる。
上記のような他方側抜け止め部41b及び一方側抜け止め部41cを、実施形態1の締結装置20を用いて形成する場合、締結装置20は、例えば、各ヘッド21a,21bを、複合材11の板面に対して叩くように動作させ、ピン41の端部を潰すことで、ピン41の端部を放射状に広がる形状とすることができる。また、上記のような他方側抜け止め部41b及び一方側抜け止め部41cを、実施形態2の締結装置30を用いて形成する場合、締結装置30は、例えば、曲げガイド31を、ピン41の端部を放射状に広げることが可能な形状とする。
[実施形態4]
次に、図7を参照して、実施形態4に係る締結装置50について説明する。なお、実施形態4でも、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1から3と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1から3と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図7は、実施形態4に係る締結装置の動作を示す説明図である。
次に、図7を参照して、実施形態4に係る締結装置50について説明する。なお、実施形態4でも、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1から3と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1から3と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図7は、実施形態4に係る締結装置の動作を示す説明図である。
実施形態4の締結装置50は、実施形態1のピン打ち工程S13に代えて、他方側の複合材11aの内部で他方側抜け止め部12bを形成するピン打ち工程S13aを行っている。なお、締結装置50は、実施形態1の締結装置20と同様の構成となっており、ピン12の他方側の端部を他方側の複合材11aの内部で変形させるように、ピン打ち部28からピン12を射出する。
具体的に、ピン打ち工程S13aでは、締結装置50のピン打ち部28の複数の射出孔23から複数のピン12を射出する。射出されたピン12は、下側のヘッド21bから上側のヘッド21aへ向かい、その他方側の端部が、他方側の複合材11aの内部で変形する。変形したピン12の他方側の端部は、他方側抜け止め部12bとして機能する。なお、図7では、他方側抜け止め部12bが一方向に屈曲する形状として図示しているが、この形状に特に限定されず、アンカー効果を発揮可能な形状であれば、いずれの形状であってもよい。ここで、ピン12の他方側の端部を、他方側の複合材11aの内部で変形させる場合、ピン打ち工程S13aの前工程となる加熱工程S12では、上側のヘッド21aにより他方側の複合材11aの表面を加熱せずに、下側のヘッド21bにより一方側の複合材11bを加熱することがよい。これにより、他方側の複合材11aの表面が軟化することがないことから、ピン12が複合材11の内部で変形し易いものにできる。
以上のように、実施形態4によれば、加熱されることによって溶融した複合材11の重複部位にピン12を打ち込み、ピン12の他方側の端部を複合材11の内部で変形させることで、ピン12に他方側抜け止め部12bを形成することができる。このため、他方側抜け止め部12bによりピン12が複合材11から抜けにくくなるため、ピン12による複合材11同士の締結をより強固なものにすることができる。

Claims (9)
- 厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結装置であって、
強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピンが使用されており、
前記複合材を挟んで、前記厚さ方向の両側に設けられる一対のヘッドと、
一対の前記ヘッドにより挟まれた前記複合材を加熱して溶融させる加熱部と、
一方の前記ヘッドに設けられ、前記加熱部により溶融した前記複合材の溶融部に対して、前記ピンを前記厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち部と、を備え、
前記ピン打ち部は、一方の前記ヘッドから他方の前記ヘッドへ向けて前記ピンを打ち込むことで、前記ピンの他方側の端部を他方の前記ヘッドに当接させて変形させ、変形させた前記ピンの他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする複合材の締結装置。 - 他方の前記ヘッドは、前記ピンが当接する当接面に形成され、前記ピンの他方側の端部を所定の方向に曲げる曲げガイドを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材の締結装置。
- 厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結装置であって、
強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピンが使用されており、
前記複合材を挟んで、前記厚さ方向の両側に設けられる一対のヘッドと、
一対の前記ヘッドにより挟まれた前記複合材を加熱して溶融させる加熱部と、
一方の前記ヘッドに設けられ、前記加熱部により溶融した前記複合材の溶融部に対して、前記ピンを前記厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち部と、を備え、
前記ピン打ち部は、一方の前記ヘッドから他方の前記ヘッドへ向けて前記ピンを打ち込むことで、前記ピンの他方側の端部を前記複合材の内部で変形させ、変形させた前記ピンの他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする複合材の締結装置。 - 前記ピン打ち部は、前記ピンの一方側の端部を前記複合材から露出させて打ち込み、
一方の前記ヘッドは、前記複合材から露出する前記ピンの一方側の端部が変形するように移動し、変形させた前記ピンの一方側の端部を、一方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の締結装置。 - 前記ピンに含まれる前記樹脂及び前記複合材に含まれる樹脂は、熱可塑性樹脂及び熱硬化性樹脂の少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の締結装置。
- 前記ピンに含まれる前記樹脂と、前記複合材に含まれる樹脂とは、同じ樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の締結装置。
- 厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結方法であって、
強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピンが使用されており、
前記厚さ方向の両側から、一対のヘッドにより前記複合材を挟み込む挟持工程と、
一対の前記ヘッドにより挟まれた前記複合材を加熱して溶融させる加熱工程と、
溶融した前記複合材の溶融部に対して、前記ピンを前記厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち工程と、を備え、
前記ピン打ち工程では、一方の前記ヘッドから他方の前記ヘッドへ向けて前記ピンを打ち込むことで、前記ピンの他方側の端部を他方の前記ヘッドに当接させて変形させ、変形させた前記ピンの他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする複合材の締結方法。 - 厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材同士を締結する複合材の締結方法であって、
強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形されたピンが使用されており、
前記厚さ方向の両側から、一対のヘッドにより前記複合材を挟み込む挟持工程と、
一対の前記ヘッドにより挟まれた前記複合材を加熱して溶融させる加熱工程と、
溶融した前記複合材の溶融部に対して、前記ピンを前記厚さ方向に打ち込むピン打ち工程と、を備え、
前記ピン打ち工程では、一方の前記ヘッドから他方の前記ヘッドへ向けて前記ピンを打ち込むことで、前記ピンの他方側の端部を前記複合材の内部で変形させ、変形させた前記ピンの他方側の端部を、他方側抜け止め部として形成することを特徴とする複合材の締結方法。 - 厚さ方向に重ね合わされた複合材と、
強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて成形され、重ね合わされた前記複合材に打ち込まれることで、前記複合材同士を締結するピンと、を備え、
前記ピンは、
一方側の端部を変形させることで形成され、前記複合材からの前記ピンの抜け止めとなる一方側抜け止め部と、
他方側の端部を変形させることで形成され、前記複合材からの前記ピンの抜け止めとなる他方側抜け止め部と、を有することを特徴とする複合構造体。
