Description
前記第1接合面に、CとSiを含み、C/Si原子濃度比(atomic%/atomic%)が1を下回るとともに、溶融したナイロン−6の接触角度が25°を下回り且つ水に対して高親水性を示す表面を有する膜が形成され、
且つ前記第2接合面に前記熱可塑性樹脂のトランスクリスタルが生成していることを特徴とする。なお、本発明においては、「疎水性」及び「親水性」を、膜の表面のC/Si原子濃度比に基づく該膜における水の接触角度の大小を対比した相対的な性質として示している。さらに、親水性で水の接触角度が10°以下の場合を「高親水性」といい、90°以上の場合を「撥水性」という。
前記第1接合面に、CとSiを含み、C/Si原子濃度比(atomic%/atomic%)が1を上回るとともに、該第1接合面よりも水の接触角度が大きな疎水性の撥水性膜を形成する工程と、
前記撥水性膜に対してアクチベーション処理を施すことで、該撥水性膜の表面を、C/Si原子濃度比(atomic%/atomic%)が1を下回るとともに、溶融したナイロン−6の接触角度が25°を下回り、且つ水に対して高親水性を示すものに改質する工程と、
前記第1接合面を前記第2接合面に重畳し、加熱することで前記第2部材を溶融する工程と、
溶融した前記第2部材を冷却固化させて前記第1接合面と前記第2接合面を接合するとともに、前記第2接合面の、前記第1接合面との界面近傍にトランスクリスタルを生成させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。
第1部材12として、Al−Mg合金からなる厚み1.5mmのA5052(JIS)板を選定した。この第1部材12の一端面(第1接合面16)につき水の接触角度を測定したところ、102°であった。
比較のため、A5052及びCFRTPに対して清浄化処理や撥水性膜の形成を行うことなく、上記と同一条件下で加圧を行ってA5052とCFRTPとの接合を試みた。これを比較例1とする。
また、成膜を行う際、出発材料供給管46の位置を実施例1の場合よりも3mm上方、すなわち、電極34に一層接近させ、且つイグニッションガスを乾燥空気とした以外は実施例1と同様にして、A5052の第1接合面16上に膜を得た。これを比較例2とする。
さらに、成膜を行う際、電極34と出発材料供給管46との離間距離を清浄化処理時よりも1.5mm大きくしたことを除いては実施例1と同様にしてA5052の第1接合面16上に膜を得た。これを比較例3とする。
さらなる比較のため、実施例1と同一条件下でA5052に対して清浄化処理、親水膜の形成、該親水膜のアクチベーション処理を行った後、第2世代アクリル接着剤を用いてA5052とCFRTPを接合した。これを比較例4とする。

Claims (10)
- 高分子材、金属材又は無機材のいずれかからなる第1部材の第1接合面と、少なくとも熱可塑性樹脂(ただし、前記高分子材と同一の樹脂を除く)を含む第2部材の第2接合面とを接合した異種材接合品において、
前記第1接合面に、CとSiを含み、C/Si原子濃度比(atomic%/atomic%)が1を下回るとともに、溶融したナイロン−6の接触角度が25°を下回り且つ水の接触角度が10°以下である高親水性を示す表面を有する膜が形成され、
且つ前記第2接合面に前記熱可塑性樹脂のトランスクリスタルが生成していることを特徴とする異種材接合品。 - 請求項1記載の接合品において、前記第2部材が、強化繊維を含む繊維強化樹脂であることを特徴とする異種材接合品。
- 高分子材、金属材又は無機材のいずれかからなる第1部材の第1接合面と、少なくとも熱可塑性樹脂(ただし、前記高分子材と同一の樹脂を除く)を含む第2部材の第2接合面とを接合する異種材接合品の製造方法において、
前記第1接合面に、CとSiを含み、C/Si原子濃度比(atomic%/atomic%)が1を上回るとともに、該第1接合面よりも水の接触角度が大きな疎水性の撥水性膜を形成する工程と、
前記撥水性膜に対してアクチベーション処理を施すことで、該撥水性膜の表面を、C/Si原子濃度比(atomic%/atomic%)が1を下回るとともに、溶融したナイロン−6の接触角度が25°を下回り、且つ水の接触角度が10°以下である高親水性を示すものに改質する工程と、
前記第1接合面を前記第2接合面に重畳し、加熱することで前記第2部材を溶融する工程と、
溶融した前記第2部材を冷却固化させて前記第1接合面と前記第2接合面を接合するとともに、前記第2接合面の、前記第1接合面との界面近傍にトランスクリスタルを生成させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする異種材接合品の製造方法。 - 請求項3記載の製造方法において、前記撥水性膜を、出発材料に対してプラズマガスを接触させることで得ることを特徴とする異種材接合品の製造方法。
- 請求項3又は4記載の製造方法において、前記撥水性膜に対するアクチベーション処理を、該撥水性膜に対してプラズマガスを接触させることで行うことを特徴とする異種材接合品の製造方法。
- 請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記第1接合面に前記撥水性膜を形成する前に、該第1接合面を清浄化することを特徴とする異種材接合品の製造方法。
- 請求項6記載の製造方法において、前記第1接合面の清浄化を、該第1接合面にプラズマガスを接触させることによって行うことを特徴とする異種材接合品の製造方法。
- 請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記第1接合面を前記第2接合面に重畳する前に、該第2接合面を清浄化することを特徴とする異種材接合品の製造方法。
- 請求項8記載の製造方法において、前記第2接合面の清浄化を、該第2接合面にプラズマガスを接触させることによって行うことを特徴とする異種材接合品の製造方法。
- 請求項4〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記プラズマガスを大気中に導出することを特徴とする異種材接合品の製造方法。
