Claims (15)
- 構造部材としてのバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法であって、該バー部材(1,1’)は、複数の条片(2)から成りかつ少なくとも部分的に中空部材として形成されており、該中空部材の内部空間は、少なくとも部分的に、前記バー部材(1,1’)内に施与された樹脂により丸め部として形成される方法において、
前記バー部材(1,1’)は、内壁を、施与された樹脂によりコーティングされ、引き続くステップにおいて、円形の外側横断面を有する可動のピストンが、前記バー部材(1,1’)の前記内部空間を通して移動させられ、または、前記バー部材(1,1’)は、剥離剤で被覆され、かつ外面に樹脂外被(8)がコーティングされた内管(7)を用い、前記内管(7)は、前記外被(8)の硬化プロセス終了後に、前記丸め部を形成する外被が残留した状態で、前記バー部材(1,1’)から引き出すことにより除去され、これにより前記バー部材(1,1’)を、その都度丸め部の形態で所定の寸法を有する内側横断面を備えて再現可能に製造することができることを特徴とする、バー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。 - 前記内管(7)の前記外被(8)は、剥離層が介在した状態で外側から前記内管(7)に被着され、前記外被(8)が設けられた前記内管(7)は、前記バー部材(1,1’)の内部空間に挿入され、前記内管(7)は、前記外被(8)が硬化してから、前記バー部材(1,1’)内に前記外被(8)が残留した状態で該バー部材(1,1’)から引き出され、次いで、前記バー部材(1)は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維またはカーボン繊維により、長手方向または横方向においてかつ/または格子織布構造が形成されて補強され、前記ガラス繊維、炭素繊維またはカーボン繊維は、前記内管(7)の周りに巻き付けられた織布マットの形態で前記外被(8)に簡単に織り込まれているか、または個別の繊維として前記外被(8)に長手方向および/または横方向に織り込まれている、請求項1記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 前記バー部材(1,1’)を製造するために、台形横断面を有する、互いに結合される複数の条片(2)が使用される、請求項1または2記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 6つまたは8つの条片(2)が、それぞれ補い合って閉じた前記バー部材(1,1’)を形成するように、各条片(2)の長辺(3,3’)に沿って互いに結合されて、6角形または8角形の横断面を有するバー部材(1,1’)を製造する、請求項3記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 前記条片(2)の前記長辺(3,3’)は、前記バー部材(1,1’)を形成するために平らに形成されている、請求項4記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 前記バー部材(1,1’)の内側輪郭は、前記バー部材(1,1’)の内部に挿入された内管、内部四角体、内部三角体またはその他の内部中空体(10)により形成される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 一方のバー部材(1,1’)の端面を越えて突出した内部中空体(10)を介して、該内部中空体(10)の突出部(11)に被せ嵌めることができかつ/または通常、前記内部中空体(10)と結合可能な後続の他方のバー部材(1,1’)が、前記一方のバー部材(1,1’)と摩擦接続的および/または形状接続的に結合され、前記内部中空体(10)の前記突出部(11)の少なくとも終端部分が、前記他方のバー部材(1,1’)が被せ嵌められるべき接続片の機能を果たしている、請求項6記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 1つの曲がったまたは屈曲した内部中空体(10)を介して、結合に関与する各2つのバー部材(1,1’)間に、角隅結合またはコーナー結合を形成する、請求項6または7記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 複数のバー部材(1,1’)が、場合によりそれ自体に複数の接続片が設けられた1つまたは複数の内部中空体(10)を介してつなぎ合わされて、多角構造体、格子構造体、三次元体、幾何学体または骨組みを形成する、請求項6または7記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 前記複数のバー部材(1,1’)は、それぞれ前記内部中空体(10)を介して結合され、結合される各前記バー部材(1,1’)間に位置する前記内部中空体(10)の結合領域に、それぞれ少なくとも1つの枢着継手を設ける、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 前記内部中空体(10)の前記突出部(11)には、それぞれ互いに間隔をあけて配置された少なくとも2つのスリーブ部分を有する別個の継手要素を被せ嵌め、これにより、前記内部中空体(10)の端面側の部分が、それぞれ前記スリーブ部分内に形状接続的に収容される、請求項6から10までのいずれか1項記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 前記内部中空体(10)、前記枢着継手、前記継手要素および/または前記スリーブ部分は、それぞれ3Dプリント法で、またはダイカストから製造される、請求項6から11までのいずれか1項記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 前記条片(2)を用いて、半円形および/またはその他の半開きのバー部材(1,1’)を製造する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 複数のバー部材(1,1’)を、その外側輪郭に沿って互いにつなぎ合わせて、例えばハニカム状の壁構造体(13)を形成するための複合バーユニットを形成する、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
- 前記複合バーユニットを製造するために、開いたバー部材(14)または閉じたバー部材も使用される、請求項14記載のバー部材(1,1’)を製造する方法。
