Description
(1)耐熱性が重視された、750℃の歪取焼鈍が可能な無機被膜
(2)打抜き性と溶接性の両立を目指した、歪取焼鈍が可能な有機無機混合被膜
(3)打抜き性が重視され、歪取焼鈍が不可である有機被膜
(1)一次粒子が凝集した二次粒子の形態を有し、前記二次粒子における、平均粒径が0.05μm以上5μm以下、比表面積が1〜80m2/g、かつ、前記一次粒子のアスペクト比が50〜1000である板状無機化合物微粒子と、リン酸金属塩と、を含み、前記板状無機化合物微粒子の含有量が、前記リン酸金属塩100質量部に対し、0.1質量部以上20質量部以下であり、クロムを含有しない絶縁被膜を表面に有する、電磁鋼板。
(2)前記リン酸金属塩は、Al、Ba、Co、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、及び、Znの中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の金属元素とリン酸との塩である、(1)に記載の電磁鋼板。
(3)前記板状無機化合物は、酸化物、水酸化物、炭酸塩、又は、硫酸塩である、(1)又は(2)に記載の電磁鋼板。
(4)前記板状無機化合物は、アルミナ、ギブサイト、シリカ、タルク、カオリン、スメクタイト、又は、雲母である、(1)〜(3)の何れか1つに記載の電磁鋼板。
(5)無方向性電磁鋼板である、(1)〜(4)の何れか1つに記載の電磁鋼板。
(6)一次粒子が凝集した二次粒子の形態を有し、前記二次粒子における、平均粒径が0.05μm以上5μm以下、比表面積が1〜80m2/gかつ、前記一次粒子のアスペクト比が50〜1000である板状無機化合物微粒子と、リン酸金属塩との溶液、を含み、前記板状無機化合物微粒子の含有量が、前記リン酸金属塩100質量部に対し、0.1質量部以上20質量部以下であり、クロムを含有しない、電磁鋼板用塗布液。
(7)前記リン酸金属塩は、Al、Ba、Co、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、及び、Znの中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の金属元素とリン酸との塩である、(6)に記載の塗布液。
(8)前記板状無機化合物は、酸化物、水酸化物、炭酸塩、又は、硫酸塩である、(6)または(7)に記載の塗布液。
(9)前記板状無機化合物は、アルミナ、ギブサイト、シリカ、タルク、カオリン、スメクタイト、又は、雲母である、(6)〜(8)の何れか1つに記載の塗布液。
(10)無方向性電磁鋼板である、(6)〜(9)の何れか1つに記載の塗布液。
まず、本発明の実施形態に係る絶縁被膜が形成される電磁鋼板について説明する。
上記のような電磁鋼板(無方向性電磁鋼板であってもよい)の表面には、絶縁被膜として、以下で詳述するようなクロムを含有しない絶縁被膜が形成される。本実施形態に係る電磁鋼板の表面に形成される絶縁被膜は、リン酸金属塩と、特定の形状を有する無機化合物微粒子と、を主成分として含み、かつ、クロムを含有しない絶縁被膜である。クロムを含有しないことにより、環境への負荷が小さい。また、本実施形態に係る絶縁被膜は、ジルコニウム(Zr)を含有しなくてもよい。ジルコニウムは、比較的高価な原料の一つであり、ジルコニウムを含有しないことにより、絶縁被膜のコストを低減することができる。以下、かかる絶縁被膜について、詳細に説明する。
本実施形態に係る絶縁被膜に含有されるリン酸金属塩は、リン酸と金属イオンとを主成分とする溶液(例えば、水溶液等)を乾燥させたときの固形分となるものである。上記リン酸の種類としては、特に限定されるものではなく、公知の各種のリン酸を使用することが可能であるが、例えば、オルトリン酸、メタリン酸、ポリリン酸などを使用することが好ましい。
本実施形態に係る絶縁被膜中には、主成分の一つとして、板状の無機化合物微粒子(以下、「板状無機化合物微粒子」ともいう。)が含有される。
本実施形態に係る電磁鋼板において、上記のような絶縁被膜(無機絶縁被膜)の付着量は特に限定するものではないが、例えば、0.5g/m2以上2.5g/m2以下の範囲内とすることが好ましい。絶縁被膜の付着量が0.5g/m2未満である場合には、層間抵抗等が劣化しやすくなり、絶縁性の保持が困難となる可能性がある。一方、絶縁被膜の付着量が2.5g/m2を超える場合には、密着性が劣化する傾向が顕著となる可能性がある。絶縁被膜の付着量は、より好ましくは、0.5g/m2以上1.0g/m2以下である。
本実施形態では、上記のような成分を含有する処理液(塗布液)を調整し、かかる処理液(塗布液)を電磁鋼板(無方向性電磁鋼板であってもよい)の表面に塗布及び乾燥させることで、上記のような絶縁被膜を形成することが可能である。本発明の一実施形態として、上記の成分を上記の含有量で含む電磁鋼板用塗布液を提供することもできる。この塗布液により、上記の絶縁被膜が得られる。
板状無機化合物微粒子は、予め、各種溶媒に、板状無機化合物微粒子を添加分散させたものを用いることができる。分散溶媒としては、純水以外に、ジオキサン、エタノール等の有機溶剤を適宜用いてもよい。
ここで、処理液(塗布液)中における固形分含有量(板状無機化合物及びリン酸金属塩)は、絶縁被膜の付着量とほぼ等しくなるので、処理液(塗布液)中におけるリン酸金属塩と板状無機化合物微粒子との割合が、絶縁被膜におけるリン酸金属塩と板状無機化合物微粒子の含有量の割合とほぼ等しくなるように、調整される。

絶縁性は、JIS法(JIS C2550)に準じて測定した層間抵抗を基に、
4:30Ω・cm2/枚以上
3:10Ω・cm2/枚以上30Ω・cm2/枚未満
2:3Ω・cm2/枚以上10Ω・cm2/枚未満
1:3Ω・cm2/枚未満
として評価し、評点3以上を合格とした。
耐蝕性は、JIS法の塩水噴霧試験(JIS Z2371)に準じて行い、4時間経時後のサンプルで10点評価で行った。評価基準は、以下の通りであり、評点6以上を合格とした。
9:錆発生が極少量(面積率0.1%以下)
8:錆の発生した面積率=0.1%超過0.25%以下
7:錆の発生した面積率=0.25%超過0.50%以下
6:錆の発生した面積率=0.50%超過1%以下
5:錆の発生した面積率=1%超過2.5%以下
4:錆の発生した面積率=2.5%超過5%以下
3:錆の発生した面積率=5%超過10%以下
2:錆の発生した面積率=10%超過25%以下
1:錆の発生した面積率=25%超過50%以下
耐熱性は、歪取焼鈍後の耐蝕性で評価した。850℃の窒素100%雰囲気中で1時間加熱処理を行い、続いて、温度50℃、湿度90%の恒温恒湿槽で48時間経時した後、耐蝕性と同様の錆発生面積率を評価した。評価基準は、以下の通りであり、評点6以上を合格とした。
9:錆発生が極少量(面積率0.1%以下)
8:錆の発生した面積率=0.1%超過0.25%以下
7:錆の発生した面積率=0.25%超過0.50%以下
6:錆の発生した面積率=0.50%超過1%以下
5:錆の発生した面積率=1%超過2.5%以下
4:錆の発生した面積率=2.5%超過5%以下
3:錆の発生した面積率=5%超過10%以下
2:錆の発生した面積率=10%超過25%以下
1:錆の発生した面積率=25%超過50%以下
密着性は、歪取焼鈍後の摺動試験により評価した。20mmφの円筒に45Cの濾紙を巻き付け、荷重100gf(1gfは、9.8×10−3Nである。)を印加して、絶縁被膜の表面を5往復させた時に、濾紙に付着する被膜残渣の量を測定した。評価基準は、以下の通りであり、評点3以上を合格とした。
4:極僅かな残渣が線状に見える。
3:はっきりとした残渣が付着する。
2:残渣が帯状に幅がある。
1:濾紙に粉状の残さが付着する。
絶縁被膜の外観は、得られた絶縁被膜付きの無方向性電磁鋼板の外観検査を、熟練の検査員により実施して、
5:光沢があり、平滑で均一であるもの
4:光沢はあるが均一性に若干劣るもの
3:やや光沢があり平滑ではあるが均一性に劣るもの
2:光沢が少なく、平滑性にやや劣り均一性に劣るもの
1:光沢、均一性、平滑性の劣るもの
として評価し、評点4以上を合格とした。
Claims (10)
- 一次粒子が凝集した二次粒子の形態を有し、前記二次粒子における、平均粒径が0.05μm以上5μm以下、比表面積が1〜80m2/gであり、かつ、前記一次粒子のアスペクト比が50〜1000である板状無機化合物微粒子と、リン酸金属塩と、を含み、前記板状無機化合物微粒子の含有量が、前記リン酸金属塩100質量部に対し、0.1質量部以上20質量部以下であり、クロムを含有しない絶縁被膜を表面に有する、電磁鋼板。
- 前記リン酸金属塩は、Al、Ba、Co、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、及び、Znの中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の金属元素とリン酸との塩である、請求項1に記載の電磁鋼板。
- 前記板状無機化合物は、酸化物、水酸化物、炭酸塩、又は、硫酸塩である、請求項1または2に記載の電磁鋼板。
- 前記板状無機化合物は、アルミナ、ギブサイト、シリカ、タルク、カオリン、スメクタイト、又は、雲母である、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電磁鋼板。
- 無方向性電磁鋼板である、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の電磁鋼板。
- 一次粒子が凝集した二次粒子の形態を有し、前記二次粒子における、平均粒径が0.05μm以上5μm以下、比表面積が1〜80m2/gかつ、前記一次粒子のアスペクト比が50〜1000である板状無機化合物微粒子と、リン酸金属塩との溶液、を含み、前記板状無機化合物微粒子の含有量が、前記リン酸金属塩100質量部に対し、0.1質量部以上20質量部以下であり、クロムを含有しない、電磁鋼板用塗布液。
- 前記リン酸金属塩は、Al、Ba、Co、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、及び、Znの中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の金属元素とリン酸との塩である、請求項6に記載の塗布液。
- 前記板状無機化合物は、酸化物、水酸化物、炭酸塩、又は、硫酸塩である、請求項6または7に記載の塗布液。
- 前記板状無機化合物は、アルミナ、ギブサイト、シリカ、タルク、カオリン、スメクタイト、又は、雲母である、請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載の塗布液。
- 無方向性電磁鋼板である、請求項6〜9の何れか1項に記載の塗布液。
